Still on the senatorial district coordinator's address, he enlightened them to know that Biafra is one irrespective of area of domicile, "the different area nomenclatures in Biafra land today was masterminded by the Hausa Fulanis and the Britain, just to divide and rule us with soul aim of harnessing our resources to enrich themselves and unproductive land to the detriment of poor helpless Biafrans, but we're wiser now; we must unite together to restore our God given inheritance to salvage our children from this yoke of slavery".

He entertained questions and contributions from the members of the unit before the official inauguration.

Ogbu a Biafran veteran who also hail from Ndufu Echara Ikwo, whom according to him served in 14 division under Late Joe Achuzie, narrated brief history of the war, saying that " Biafra never lost the war " he narrated the severe ordeal that Biafran children and women passed through during the war that claimed over 3.5million Biafrans. While reacting to it, Mazi Ikechukwu Nwankwo the Senatorial district coordinator; said that IPOB has rules of engagement and mode of operations, so should a date for referendum be given, it will pass through the chain of IPOB command and the best such persons need do is to find a nearest IPOB family to join or better still start one and call for inauguration if there is no existing family there so as to get information they need.

Mazi Oliver who identified himself as a commercial bus driver asked to know about those who like to engage members of IPOB in arguments concerning the agitation, either to confront them or not.
