Suspected political thugs killed a Radio Bayelsa
journalist, whose name could not be immediately ascertained, in the course of
his legitimate duty, which includes, but not limited to covering the
gubernatorial electioneering campaign in Nembe Local Government Area of Bayelsa
State.
Another five (5) people were also reportedly shot dead,
and an uncountable number of people were equally wounded as the PDP
Governorship election campaign was going on.
It is very frightening that this degree of bloodshed can
be encountered in ordinary campaign. One cannot fail, but to wonder if ordinary
campaign can be like this, how will the election itself be? It is therefore not
an overstatement to say that the forthcoming so-called gubernatorial election
has been slated to be a bloodbath.
Look at what the elections have turned this abominable
centre of absurdities called Cowgeria (Nigeria) country into. The thing you
find very painful is the fact our people, who have been turned into these
victims of systematic genocide called elections, refuse to understand that they
are the target of covert murders and subtle elimination.
When will our people learn? We must therefore say
emphatic NO to Nigeria's elections. Let us join hands together and restore our
dear nation, Biafra.
