BIAFRA News teaching us now says that there ongoing arrest and killing of Biafrans at Onitsha Army barracks. This is happening at Onitsha now. We need the world to come down now to witness this ISIS style massacre of Christian civilians by Islamic Nigerian Army. We can not continue like this; we must carry a gun if no International body wants to come and confirm what is going. Biafrans are calling on International Criminal Court, International Court of Just, British government, European Union, United Nations, International Meeting of Experts, Amnesty International, ECOWAS, and other relevant bodies to come help Biafrans. Buhari regime wants to silent every living being in Biafra land. The principle of self-determination is prominently embodied in Article I of the Charter of the United Nations. Earlier it was explicitly embraced by US President Woodrow Wilson, by Lenin and others, and became the guiding principle for the reconstruction of Europe following World War I. The principle was incorporated into the 1941 Atlantic Charter and the Dumbarton Oaks proposals which evolved into the United Nations Charter.
Its inclusion in the UN Charter marks the universal recognition of the principle as fundamental to the maintenance of friendly relations and peace among states. It is recognised as a right of all peoples in the first article common to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights which both entered into force in 1976. 1 Paragraph 1 of this Article provides: "All peoples have the right to self-determination. By that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development".
The right to self-determination of peoples is recognized in many other international and regional instruments, including the Declaration of Principles of International Law Concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation Among States adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1970, 2, the Helsinki Final Act adopted by the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) in 1975, 3, the African Charter of Human and Peoples' Rights of 1981, 4, the CSCE Charter of Paris for a New Europe adopted in 1990, 5, and the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action of 1993. 6, It has been affirmed by the International Court of Justice in the Namibia case 7, the Western Sahara case 8, and the East Timor case 9, in which its erga omnes character was confirmed. Furthermore, the scope and content of the right to self-determination have been elaborated upon by the UN Human Rights Committee 10, and the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination 11, and numerous leading international jurists.

That the right to self-determination is part of so-called hard law has also been affirmed by the International Meeting of Experts for the Elucidation of the Concepts of Rights of Peoples brought together by UNESCO from 1985 to 1991, 12, it came to the conclusion that (1) peoples' rights are recognized in international law; (2) the list of such rights is not very clear, but also that (3) hard law does, in any event, include the right to self-determination and the right to existence, in the sense of the Genocide Convention. 1. Please stop writing this Nonsense. Why Biafra will not carry their own Gun and confront Nigerian Soldier ? Are soldier not died as civilian died ? Why all the time Nigerian soldiers killing Biafra and Biafra complaining and no body want to listen and we still keep going the same ? This is Nonsense please. We are so fearful that is why. Fellow Biafra self decency is the best. Soldier is dying as Civilian also died. Soldier is not God. They are human being like us. Why not carry Gun and face them and they will have fear of Biafra ? Once we determine to fight this Nonsense soldier believe me they will run. They will killing us and we also killing them. That is it. Why all the time Nigerian Soldiers will be killing my brothers and Sisters, Mothers and Fathers and we still remain silence ? does it meaning that we do not have people who can confront Nigerian Soldiers ? This is very very bad. Honestly. Self defense is the best please. I am for war and i fought soldiers before and can still do more. They are Nonsense people. If i carry Gun Soldiers will run away. As Aguleri i am. I do not believe that Gun can kill me. Honestly.

  2. Looking at these rifrafs, you can tell they enjoy the killing and harassment of the innocent people. They are cowards and the only thing cowards understand is head on confrontation. A bully doesn't stop till their victim confront them and in most cases end up beating them up. Nigeria is almost finished Biafra on the offensive will push Nigeria off the cliff. Trying to keep on the non violent means alone will destroy too much of our young kids in the hands of these idiots. One well trained brilliant Biafran kid would easily finish those 4 stupid bullies in uniform before they can turn around. We must stop crying because the obamas, Blairs, Clintons are only concerned about Nigeria oil for their retirement plan. America and Britain cannot pay what they will get from suppressed biafra. A one month training of one of these idiots is a one day training for a more intelligent Biafran kid. Securing armament to fight that evil called Nigeria is no longer a big task, this is not 1967
