"The Army, Police and Fulani herdsmen are working together under one commander, Buhari."

Recently, the Army revealed that many attacks in some parts of Nigeria were actually carried out by Boko Haram members, who disguise mostly as Fulani herdsmen. Spokesperson of the Nigerian Army, Major General Chris Olukolade confirmed this when he declared: “One of the apprehended armed men confessed that he had been fighting for the terrorist group in Borno State and was recently brought to Wukari area in furtherance of their mission”.
We had long known this, as well as the plans and strategies of African Hitler, Muhammadu Buhari and how he is executing them. We were never in doubt that Buhari is the chief sponsor of Boko Haram, and he cannot escape culpability in all the atrocities they have committed against Biafran people and humanity. It is on record that in 2001, Buhari declared: “I will continue to show openly and inside of me the total commitment to the sharia movement that is sweeping all over Nigeria”. He made the declaration at an Islamic seminar in Kaduna, a Northern Nigeria state.
In February 2015, he made another declaration, this time to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC): “Igbos hate me for what happened during the Biafra war … I don’t have any regret, and as such do not owe any apology to them. In fact, if there is a repeat of the civil war again, I will kill more Igbos to save the country” he had said.
Buhari, the African Hitler
It was not surprising to Biafrans when he was named by Boko Haram as its chief negotiator. He rejected it, but the truth was not lost on discerning people. The people are also aware that after he became President, the first thing he did was to transfer Army headquarters to Borno State from where many members of the terrorist group were recruited into the Army, airforce, and even the Police. So when he and his party members claimed that Boko Haram was being degraded, Biafrans knew that many of them were being transferred into the Army, the Police and other areas. For instance, many of them were equally drafted to infiltrate communities as Fulani herdsmen. And they are all working together under one commander, Muhammadu Buhari.
Such was the case in Ukpabi-Nimbo, Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State. It was confirmed that the state Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi got information that Boko Haram, under the guise of Fulani herdsmen were massing up to attack the town about four clear hours before the attack began. It was obvious he could do nothing security-wise because the fraudulent 1999 constitution the expired Nigeria was operating put all security apparatus in the hands of the President.

Our source had revealed that he put a call to the President, but Buhari refused to come to the phone as a presidential aide said that the he was not disposed to take the call. The Governor was therefore put on hold for more than two hours. The aide later advised the Governor to reach out to the Inspector General of Police (IGP), the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), and the General Officer Commanding (GOC) the 82nd Division of the Nigerian Army in Enugu, the state capital. The Governor did, but they all referred him back to the President.
When he got further information that the herd of jihadist has already started advancing towards the town, he tried to reach the President again, and was yet put on hold for another one hour plus, and the President did not speak to him. By this time, the attack had commenced. It is instructive to note that a lot of water had passed under the bridge since this report was made known, and that that Enugu Governor had denied calling the President on the matter. But our source insisted that the Governor was being clever by half.
However, after the attack had been concluded by the Boko Haram jihadists, the Police then came on the scene and prevented the people from organizing any reprisal attack. This is a pattern that was seen everywhere the herdsmen operated. It was so in Benue State, also in Awgu in Enugu State, even in the last one at Abakpa-Nike, in Enugu capital metropolise.

That of Awgu was even more appalling because during the attack no security outfit showed up until the people mobilized and tried to rescue their female members that were abducted. The Nigerian Army showed up and arrested 67 of them and took them to Abia State, and detained them there. They had to cough out 200, 000 as bribe money before they were released.
