Biafrans insist on DNA test for bodies

The shallow grave that only DSS knows its location

Biafrans are now calling for the international community to wade into the claims of Nigerian Directorate of State Security (DSS) that it discovered mass graves in unspecified locations in Biafraland. The Biafrans sensing that it must be the bodies of murdered Biafrans by the Nigerian major killer body, the DSS, are asking for DNA tests on the bodies.

They think that in an attempt to paint Nnamdi Kanu, and the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) he leads, black before the international community, DSS concocted the story of discovering a shallow-grave of murdered Fulani herdsmen in Biafraland. Up till today, a whole two weeks after, that site has not been made known to anyone apart from, perhaps, their chosen cameramen from the North.

In addition, Biafrans who responded to Biafra Choice Writers’ enquiries claimed it was the IPOB which dumped the bodies of some Fulani herdsmen at the shallow grave. But Biafrans know that Nigerian government has for long concocting lies and creative scenarios that would present IPOB – one of the most peaceful, organized and responsible groups in the world in this modern era – as a violent organisation.

But a hidden truth has just emerged that DSS played the stunt of ascribing the shallow-grave to IPOB to kill two birds with one stone. First, it was suspected to be a site where they have been dumping the bodies of harmless IPOB members they murdered since the “Free Nnamdi Kanu” protests commenced. Second, it was fearful it would not be able to hide the dump site, from the eyes of the public, for long especially as International Criminal Court (ICC) and many internationally acknowledged human rights bodies have opened files on them.

IPOB members have been abducted and murdered by DSS

As has been reported long before now, IPOB members are known to have been abducted, both from their homes and their meeting places, and DSS is afraid the international would soon start nosing around the country. There fear was heightened with the fact that such international human rights groups like Amnesty International have started reporting the atrocities of both DSS and other government agencies and bodies.

Biafrans are, as a result of the following, calling on the international community to commence instant and transparent DNA tests on the said bodies found at the grave. First, this test should be carried out by independent examiners without the influence of evil Nigeria Government to avoid what happened during the Biafra/Nigeria war of 1967 – 1970. Today, it has become public knowledge that Yakubu Gowon, head of the Nigerian junta at the time (under the guidance of British government) was always able to deceive investigators, who eventually came up with reports that no genocide was committed against Biafran people. This was in spite of incontrovertible evidence of bombing of churches, hospitals market places, as well as motor and train stations. Even in spite of evidences of mass murder by Nigerian soldiers in the church in Owerri, and the one committed in Asaba, such outrageous verdict was passed.

Among Biafrans, who responded to enquiries from Biafra Choice Writers, is Ken Uja, an IPOB member from Warri, in Delta State area of Biafraland. He said the test was more than necessary because Nigerians live lie as a life-style. “Don’t you know that Nigerians and their institutions live on lies and that you cannot believe anything they tell you? Are not aware that there current president (Muhammadu) Buhari is an illiterate and does not have the basic requirement (Secondary School certificate) to be president, and yet he lied in his form that he had one?” he queried.
