“Biafrans have warned that being in the process of exiting from the evil contraption called Nigeria that they would not be responsible for repayment of any dubious loans obtained by Nigerian fraudulent rulers.”

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, ever dubious, and ever lying, did not disappoint those who knew him as his trip to China have revealed how he cooked up lies with the intent of pulling wool over the eyes of Chinese authorities.

But now, for many Biafrans, whether the Chinese will see through his lies is another matter to be seen. Buhari had told the Chinese that he wanted to borrow funds from them as part of the money he expected to use to finance his budget for the current financial year, which has not been passed into law. He was seeking to borrow the sum of $2 Billion Dollars for that purpose. It was apparent the Chinese did not know what a criminal Buhari was. Most certainly, they did not know how so-called Nigerian leaders – especially those from the North – always operate in government.

But Ayo Fayose, the Governor of Ekiti State, was on hand to expose Buhari. Fayose alerted the Chinese government on Buhari’s corruption intent. To start with, he told them that many of the projects Buhari claimed he wanted to use the loan for, were none existent because they were not in the budget.

In a letter dated April 12, the Governor informed the Chinese authorities that all Nigerians were against foreign loans, especially at this time in the country’s development when over 25 percent of the country’s earnings were being used to service debts.

These were part of his words: “The Chinese government must also be aware that some western nations approached by the Federal Government for loan diplomatically and cleverly declined. Therefore, like the foreign aid that is reportedly being mismanaged, whatever loan that is granted to the Federal Government of Nigeria by the Chinese Government may be mismanaged too.”

Continuing, the Governor queried Buhari’s recourse to foreign loans when he had claimed severally of having recovered looted funds that were enough to fund his budget. He argued: “It is also important for the Government of China to note that the Federal Government of Nigeria claimed to have recovered and still recovering trillions of Naira allegedly looted from the treasury. For instance, over $200 billion is expected to be recovered from Dubai, the United Arab Emirate while N3 trillion was said to have been saved from the Treasury Single Account (TSA).

“The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has also said that it will generate not less than N4.5 trillion this year. What then is the rationale behind the $2 billion loan from China?”

However, what Fayose did not tell the Chinese authorities is the fact that Buhari was doing what every Northern ruler is known to have done. They would borrow funds in the name of Nigeria; use some of the funds to finance their terrorism against other Nigerians, and their terror groups; then share the rest that in the end other Nigerians, especially Biafrans, pick the tab. So it became apparent that Buhari was – as is always the case with Northerner rulers – looking for funds to share with his fellow criminals of the North, masquerading as leaders.

Interestingly, Fayose has done nothing new, which Biafrans have not done. It is on record that Biafrans have always written and published to governments, organizations and companies of the world; to inform them that granting loan(s) to Buhari on behalf of expired Nigeria was a dangerous venture.
