JUSTICE IN NIGERIA, AT THE PEAK OF DECADENCE
It's laughable that a country like Nigeria still exists in this 21st century. What baffles me most is that they display their brash injustice in broad daylight without an atom of shame. you will agree with me that justice in Nigeria has been set decades backward by its operators. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has already been granted bail on not less than two occasions by two competent courts of which one of them is a federal high court just like the one currently being stage managed by Justice
John Tsoho.
This same judge John Tsoho had ruled out on an application of secret trial against Nnamdi Kanu on 19th February, 2016. Now the same judge has granted such plea on 7th March 2016, following the claim that the witnesses’ life's in danger, after claiming that IPOB has threatened his life. Justice Tsoho backtracked his own ruling even when the prosecuting counsel did not formally apply for a change in that ruling. We are yet to know how masquerades can be threatened when nobody knows him/her.
It is crystal clear that Justice Tsoho has being playing out a script written for him by President Muhammadu Buhari who has bribed him with billions of naira. Nigerian justice system has been murdered and raped.The judiciary has abandoned the common man. It is sold only to those who can afford it but we Biafrans are out and ready to watch this drama being played by Justice Tsoho to the end. Darkness can never overcome light, and lies can never overcome truth as Nigeria justice system is bound to fail sooner than later if it continues in the path of ignominy.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a man of justice and equity. No justice is greater than that except such justice has been compromised just like Nigeria is doing now. Nigeria has fallen deep inside the ocean of disgrace and by the grace of Chukwu Abiama, it shall be totally destroyed sooner than anybody, including Obasanjo and Gowon, ever imagined.
