Sadly, the Nigeria combined Security Team forcefully invaded the home of Elder Egbe Nwamini in Izzi LGA Ebonyi state and abducted him on the early hours of Friday, January 22nd 2021.
As at the time of this report, no reason was however ascertained for his illegal arrest.
Elder Nwamini is a close community neighbour to the speaker Ebonyi state House Of Assembly, Hon. Ogbonna Nwifuru, who's a loyal boot licker of the state governor Engr. Dave Umahi that has ordered for the clampdown of the IPOB family members in Ebonyi state for committing no crime.
Elder Egbe Nwamini is one of the Abakaliki province IPOB Elders council member from Izzi LGA, he's the leader of Supreme Elders Council Chairman in Ebonyi North.
He was unconditionally released after the representative of IPOB legal team in Ebonyi state immediately intervened and argued for his release.
He was however demanded to reappear with the legal representative for further interrogation on Monday 25th January, 2021 at the DSS Office Abakaliki.
