The youths of Ebonyi state has once again went back to street to continue the #ENDSARS peaceful protest which has lasted for more than two weeks across Nigeria states.

The afflicted Ebonyi youths in Abakaliki and Ikwo LGA came out in a large number on Monday 26th October, 2020 shortly after the national wide clean up exercise as directed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to continue their peaceful protest, demanding for good governance, #EndSARS and to #EndPoliceBrutality in Nigeria.

The Ebonyi state recruited Government Neighbourhood Watch thugs initially tried to disrupt the peaceful protest in the state, but could not succeed, our correspondent in Ikwo reported that the Nigeria army were following the protesters from the back monitoring the movement as they display their bitterness over the state of Nigeria.

The protesters carried placards with inscriptions such as "#EndSARS", "#EndBadGovernanceInNigeria" "#EndPoliceBrutality" and many more.

The supreme leader of IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has urged the youths to remain resolute and committed to this fight if they really want to have a better future, he asked them to be peaceful and stay out of act that can cause nuisance and break of law and order in their respective environment.

NIGERIA SECURITY ATTACK AND KILL THE PROTESTS.

In Abakaliki the protesters kicked off at Onu-Ebonyi peacefully, reaching CPS junction the police blocked them and opened fire on them began to shot sporadically.

Not less than five protesters were killed and many sustained serious gun injuries, this turned the anger of the youths which had no option than to return to Central Police Station (CPS) and set it on fire.

As at the time of this report, some families are still searching for their family members that went for the protest, which was believed to have been taken away by the Nigeria army to an unknown destination.
