The women department of IPOB Ebonyi women on Friday August 7th 2020 held their state general meeting at Ugwulangwu Ohaozara LGA Ebonyi state. 

The meeting which started by 11:30 in the morning began with opening prayers and praises led by the state women leader, Evangelist Chioma Iwuala, this was followed with other agendas of the meeting.

Women from the three senatorial districts of Ebonyi state, including Ebonyi north, Ebonyi Central and the host Ebonyi south attended the meeting in a large number with their beautiful state women's uniform.

The Biafra land national coordinator of IPOB, Mazi Ikechukwu Ugwuoha on a telephone call with the women during the meeting appreciated the doggedness of Ebonyi state women IPOB, he described their efforts visible by all including the supreme leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

 At the same hand, Mazi Igwe Ogbonnaya who made out time to visit the women applauded them for their resilience and meaningful contributions to the state IPOB family, ensuring IPOB Ebonyi state stands unique in the entire Biafra land, he appreciated them for the total support given to him and his family during the funeral of his late wife; Lolo Onyinyechi Ogbonnaya on 28th July, 2020 at his country home in Ugwulangwu Ohaozara LGA.

Evangelist Chioma Iwuala applauded those that attended the meeting, she urged them to reach out to other women and notify them of their monthly meetings which according to the agreement reached in one of their meeting, it will be rotational bases in the three senatorial districts of Ebonyi state.

Similarly, the Ebonyi local government area women department has initially held their monthly meeting in the LGA on Monday 3rd August, 2020 to discuss issues bothering them and how to foster Biafra restoration. 

Still on that, the Ebonyi LGA women leader Nwada Elom Oluchi encouraged her fellow women to always participate in the activities of women in the senatorial and state respectively. She charged them to let love lead among them as that is the key to every Union's success and progress. They unanimously prayed for peace to reign in the family of IPOB Ebonyi state.

Our women's department correspondent, Agbidi Timothy reported that good numbers of women of IPOB from nooks and crannies of Ebonyi state, attended the two meetings and showed their readiness to work for Biafra restoration.
