I TOLD YOU THAT A TIME WILL COME WHEN NIGERIAN JUDGES WILL RUN AWAY FROM IPOB CASES

Nnamdi Kanu: "Today our people are in Court - Benjamin Madubugwu and others. They represent what is happening to us as a race. The likes of Justice Ude is still incarcerated in detention.

They give us Court DATES and they never attend. The presiding Judge Justice Binta Nyako failed in her own Court and lying that she is ill because they know that they have no case against us. This is what we must announce to the whole World. They arrest us, they detain us, they summarily execute our people for no reason and when they take us to their Courts they have no case against us. They keep delaying us, they keep taking our time, they keep adjourning time and time again. Judges are terrified to handle cases concerning IPOB as I told you they would a while back, that there would come a time when they would get so tired, they can no longer defend what in the essence THE INDEFENSIBLE. That is why Binta Nyako abandoned her own Court by feigning sickness. This case has now been adjourned for 9 months in a roll. They do not want to hear it. They have no evidence against us. They have no witnesses against us, that's why they keep hiding from their own Law Courts.

This is the 3rd consecutive hearing scheduled by this same Fulani Woman, Fulani Judge with her Sharia tendencies but all the time she fails to show up. Ever since she came up with her foolish Bail Revocation, she has continued to pretend that she is ill but she is well to attend to other cases in the Zoo but when our case is called up, she will pretend to be sick.

We are praying for Binta Nyako to get well quickly to hear this very case that the stupidity of the Zoo, the foolishness of everything Nigerian may be laid bare for the whole world to see.
