It is over three months of illegal arrest of a Biafran activist, Justice Ude at his home town of Nkporo, Ohafia Abia State, by the Nigerian secret service called DSS without charging him to court. The Nigerian constitution stipulates that any detention that exceeds three months without charging the person to court is illegal and the person should be released unconditionally and compensated. It is an injustice and abuse of Justice Ude’s right to continuously hold him in custody without taking him to court.

According to information from a reliable source said that an IPOB activist, justice Ude, who has been in custody of DSS for over three months now, will be killed secretly. This was disclosed by one of the agents of DSS in Abuja. According to the agent (name withheld) that justice Ude has been their primary target after the release of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. They believe that he foiled the assassination attempt on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in 2017, at Afara Ukwu Ibeku, in Umuahia during operation python dance 1. They think that justice Ude helped to smuggle Kanu out of the country.

During the period of election, Governor of Abia State, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu in collaboration with his deputy promised the Nigerian government to expose the where about of Nnamdi Kanu by arresting, Justice Ude, who happens to come from the same village as the Deputy Governor, Ude Okochukwu.
Justice Ude has been passing through so much torture and pains in the custody of DSS without been charged to court, and it is because there is no evidence against him. Their plan now is to secretly kill him and sell out his organs to India.
I’m personally passing out this information for the world to understand the level of injustice in Nigeria and also urge the world to take notice of the atrocities being committed by the Nigerian government against IPOB.
