The British with
Sokoto Caliphate gathered and took firm control of everything that should make
life better for Biafrans because both have one agenda. The mission of British
Empire and Sokoto caliphate is to kill and to enslave, and left no space for
young Biafrans to explore and survive. The order is for Biafrans to be
subjected to nothing, but smartly, they pushed the pressure of responsibility
to survive to the young and leaving them to die their timely death untimely,
while the elderly took part in conspiring against the young, instead of playing
a fatherly role in saying no.
Those we call
political leaders and fathers have destroyed the land. While the young lack
access to basic social amenities, the old can bank on the profit of the
exploitation of our Commonwealth for perfect healthcare services outside our
shores. And so, we die untimely. We are pressured emotionally, physically and
otherwise, yet you ask us not to cry for justice because we are faced with
porous value orientation.
The worst is
that we are then bereft of self-concept and value, so we find closing up our
ranks, that is what the political class has subject our people into becoming.
Biafrans are socioeconomically strangled and hungry, yet the political class
has said nothing about us been strangled in Nigeria. Lagos trade fair complex
saga etc. What the political class wants from us is to therefore submit
ourselves for political machineries and expose our precious lives to
unwarranted dangers; we eventually die but it is better fighting for Biafra
than to die for one politician. Death has become the portion of the young and
no longer the glorious passing of the old. Any nation without the young has no
future because the old are called historians in the Bible but the future of the
kingdom rest in the shoulder of the young. The young have the vision in moving
Biafra forward. Oh, my comrades fighting for survival! Wake up and end the
subservience. Let the young stop dying and let the old get ripe.
I salute the
departed souls fighting to restore Biafra and I Salute the resoluteness of Mazi
Nnamdi Kanu in making sure Biafrans are free.
