Many polling units in Ebonyi state witnessed very low turnout of voters,
the voters complained their previous votes never counted therefore they
considered it a waste of time going out to vote knowing it fully well that
despite their efforts, the will of the cabals must thrive.
The ruling party in the state PDP used the privilege to get their
rigging plans achieved.
