LATE Mrs Augustina Ngozi Eguji was the IPOB Ebonyi central senatorial district treasurer before she died of poison on 17th November, 2018 three days after the official inauguration of Ebonyi Central senatorial district.

She was a member of Oriuzo IPOB family unit and a hardcore member since she joined the struggle.

Members of IPOB in Ebonyi state, Abakaliki province of Biafra land massively attended the burial to accord her the last respect.

Bishop Nwachinemere Stanley, the PRO to Ebonyi state IPOB and the leader Supreme clergy council of Biafra; Ebonyi state chapter, Mazi Iduma Williams, the welfare officer of the state IPOB, Mazi Okechukwu Okocha were among Ebonyi state executives of IPOB that went for the burial, the senatorial district coordinators of Ebonyi south Rev. Oko Elijah and his central senatorial counterpart Mazi Ikechukwu Nwankwo, including the state women leader, Evangelist Mrs Chioma Iwuala and other women in the state attended the burial for the last respect of Late Mrs Augustina Ngozi Eguji.

Bishop Nwachinerem Stanley while addressing the family of the deceased encouraged them to take heart, saying that the loss was a big one not just to them but to the entire family of IPOB, he prayed Chukwu-Okike-Abiama to guide those she left behind especially her children.
