Still on the issue of the West Africa Examination Certificate (WAEC) fraudulent saga. The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is in a serious mess right now. The northern oligarchy script writer on this shameless certificate saga is indeed out of ideas. The leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) led by Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has order a lawyer to summon the WAEC council in Nigeria on the no verifiable certificate saga issued to the Amino Jubril impersonating Late Mohammed Buhari.

The Nigerian government has lost it again. They are out of ideas. I want to re-state categorically that Buhari has NO VERIFIABLE CERTIFICATE anywhere in the world.

1. WAEC/CAMBRIDGE GCE: - Buhari did not sit for the Cambridge examination in 1961 as his names (Muhammadu, Mohammed or Mohamed Buhari) is not in the UK Examination body's list of candidates from 1960-1962

2. His name(s) is also NOT on WAEC candidates in both Ghana and Nigeria Offices from 1960-1962. Any attempt by Buhari or his agents to present any document to INEC representing WAEC or GCE certificate may constitute an offence (FORGERY, PERJURY PENDING).

3. CERTIFICATE/ARMY RECRUITMENT: - Buhari presented no certificate to the Nigerian Army in 1961 when Late Ahmadu Bello conscripted him from his School (still in session) to join the Army, as he has none. The only paperwork came from his school principal stating that.

4. "I consider that he (Buhari) will pass west African school certificate, with credit in English, Maths and three other subjects". This letter is self-explanatory. You cannot pass an examination you never sat for.

5. NIGERIA DEFENCE ACADEMY (NDA): - Buhari did not attend the NDA as claimed. He attended Royal Military Forces Training College (RMFTC) for months (end of 1961 to the beginning of 1962) for normal Army recruitment and physical fitness training.

6. This is not a certification programme. RMFTC was renamed NDA (established on the 5th of February 1964), and regular courses were introduced thereon.

7. UK MILITARY TRAINING: Buhari attended the Aldershot based, Mons Officer Cadet School. No Certificate was issued to Buhari, as he passed no examination for the short period he was in the UK in 1963. Cadet School information collaborates this.

8. DEFENCE SERVICE STAFF COLLEGE, WILLINGTON, INDIA: - As usual, Buhari attended the staff college and did not sit for their examinations. The Defence Services Staff College, Willington does not issue a certificate of attendance to its attendee in 1974.

9. US WAR COLLEGE: - Buhari left this College in 1980. He has in his Wikipedia page that he was offered a Master Degree in the same college in 1980.

10. THE US War college have confirmed that they started their Master program in the year 2000 and there is no way Buhari would have gotten a Masters degree in that college in 1980. Again, no certificate was issued to him.

11. Buhari has just received an attestation certificate today, after donkey years! They gleefully took a picture, claiming the officials took the attestation certificate to him. Sorry Nigerians! You have just been deceived and SCAMMED AGAIN.

7 Questions for WAEC and President Buhari

1. Does WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria have the power to issue certificate the SECOND time after the first is issued and without first retrieval of the first certificate (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?

2. Is WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria (and globally) have the right to issue a fresh certificate to an individual after a previous issuance even when the individual never reported that the previous certificate contains error nor returned same to allow for a fresh certificate to be issued (just as they have done in the case of President Muhammadu Buhari)?

3. Is it not expected of WAEC or any educational institution or examination body in Nigeria to issue a certified true copy of certificate to individuals whose certificates got lost, stolen or damaged, as with the global norm and policy?

4. If President Buhari swore on oath on five occasions (2003, 2007, 2011, 2015 and 2019) that his original WAEC certificate was with the Military board, does it not amount to fraudulent practice for him to be issued a fresh certificate by WAEC?

5. If President Muhammadu Buhari applied to WAEC for misplaced/stolen/damaged original certificate, is WAEC permitted under the law to issue a fresh certificate or a certified true copy of the previous certificate?

6. If question 5 is the case, does it not amount to deception under oath by President Muhammadu Buhari to have alleged in his affidavit that his certificate was with the military board instead, and thereby committing perjury?

7. Has Nigeria become a Banana Republic where those in power are permitted to do as they please without regards for procedures, policies and laws?

Now consider this, there was no West African Senior School Certificate in 1961as noted in Jubril's fake WAEC result. Is it not obvious to all and sundry that SSS started around 1989/1990? Which people or population can tolerate this level of criminality if not black African People.

Another question we must ask is this, why did the late Buhari hire over a dozen top lawyers, all Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 2015 to defend a fabricated certificate? What type of society on earth can condone this? This shows that all arms of governance in Nigeria is involved in this fraud and cover-up including the judiciary.

This scandal has tainted everybody from the Senate to the National Judicial Council. The judiciary in Nigeria have made itself an accessory to fraud and election manipulation by failing to rule on the invalidity of the 2015 forged Buhari certificate - Nnamdi Kanu.

Conclusion: If two recent passports is one of the requirements for issuing of certificate attestation, how come the passport in the certificate presented to him is blurred and it's only one? Seriously Buhari is a monumental fraudster, yet he claims to be fighting corruption.

Biafra freedom is the solution to this mess.
