THE Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) in Ebonyi state, Abakaliki
province on Monday 12th November, 2018 officially inaugurated Ebonyi central
senatorial district zone.
The senatorial zone which has being in existence and operation for long
was inaugurated formally into the family of IPOB presided by Mazi Igwe
Ogbonnaya the Ebonyi state IPOB coordinator in the supervision of the state
executives and other principal officers in the state and beyond.
Among those that attended the inauguration were the state coordinator
Mazi Igwe Ogbonnaya, the state secretary general Mazi Eke Chukwuma, Mazi Ezeta
Ozoemena the state protocol officer, Bishop Nwachinemere Stanley the state PRO,
Mazi Ogeh Friday Igiri the state media head, others include the state legal
head Barrister Orogwu Cyril, the Ebonyi north senatorial district coordinator
Mazi Wisdom Ezike and some if his executives.
The event began with opening prayers by Bishop Nwachinemere Stanley,
followed with recitation of IPOB oath of allegiance and introductions of the
guest.
Presentation of cola was done and it was blessed by elder Moses Oka, who
prayed for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB families all over the world.
Before the official inauguration was done, Mazi Igwe Ogbonnaya who spoke
through the state secretary appreciated the efforts of the south senatorial
district interim coordinator Mazi Ikechukwu Nwankwo for mobilizing the entire
central and changing their record to good in the quest to restore Biafra in the
state.
He charged them to put more efforts in establishing family units and
zone in all parts of the senatorial district with the few days remaining for
Biafra to be fully restored.
The senatorial district is made up of four local government area which
includes: Ezza south, Ezza North, Ikwo and Ishielu with different family units
and zones in the four above mentioned LGAs.
The coordinators of four local government areas as well as the units and
zonal coordinators in the senatorial district attended the inauguration which
took place at the ancestral home of Ezza nation at Okpoku Ezekuna in Ezza south
LGA.
Many elders from Ezza nation who had previously and unanimously endorsed
Biafra and denounced any form of voting in the Ezza till Biafra referendum is
being conducted on the special event organized by the Indigenous People Of
Biafra, Ezza north LGA during the month of October, 2018 were equally present and
witnessed the inauguration.
Speaking shortly after the official inauguration, Mazi Ikechukwu Nwankwo
the central senatorial district interim coordinator expressed his joy and
unlimited happy for the level of turn up of his people; he went on to
appreciate the state executives and other principal officers who attended the
inauguration from nooks and crannies of Ebonyi state. He prayed Chukwu-Okike-Abiama
to bless them and guide them safely as they would depart to their various
destructions.
He pledged to increase the level of his doggedness working for IPOB in
serving humanity and never to retreat or surrender till total freedom of Biafra
as a sovereign nation from the British contraption Nigeria.
Some who spoke with the media expressed optimism for being part of the
struggle to restore the kingdom of God on earth.
Mazi Ezike Wisdom Nwanbam the Ebonyi north senatorial district
coordinator and Barrister Orogwu Cyril the state legal head while addressing
the people urged them to cast away fears in them because it is only fear that
will kill a man before his time.
Before the closing prayer, on the closing remark Bishop Nwachinemere
Stanley AKA (Biafra Bishop) urged the people to do anything humanly possible to
leave up to expectations within the few days remaining for Biafra restoration
to avoid falling prey of Nigeria government plot, he equally advised them to
stay afar from the politicians because IPOB shall not participate in the
Nigeria planned 2019 general election.
