Opening Speech by His Majesty Eze Ogunka
Indeed, this been the first general conference of all
elders of IPOB from across Biafra land for over hundred years, the Hausa Fulani
Oligarchy through the British government have held us in bondage, therefore the
elders this day the 25th May 2018 call on all Biafrans to arise and join hands
with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of this global family and take the bull by the
horn and fight for your freedom and the freedom of your future generation to
come.
His Majesty Eze Ogunka continued in his speech; although
time may not permit me yet I must make mention of this very important issue,
after the amalgamation of 1914 till now, we've been faced with the most inhuman
treatment from these evil men, having known that we Biafrans are the direct
descendants of Obu Uga the 7th son of Jacob initiated the secret plan to
eliminate all of our breed yet we know that the Almighty creator whose we are
will, not allow them succeed.
Systematic killing has always been ever before and after
the war, killing of Biafrans have been the major task of the Federal government
of Nigeria. This must be accomplished at all cost. Economically, politically
and infrastructural the Federal government in collaboration with the British
government have continue to destroy Biafrans ever since the discovery of oil in
Biafra land, our farmlands have been totally destroyed, our Rivers ruined, our
environment and communities have been polluted with soot, our populations are
daily been reduced as our sons and daughters are been killed by the security
forces of the Nigerian government.
To all IPOB and Biafrans worldwide we want to state it
categorically clear that the elders council of which His Majesty Eze Ogunka is
the chairman been mandated by the leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi
Nnamdi Kanu on the 25th of July 2017 to organize the entire elders of IPOB
across all Biafraland to ensure that this message of freedom is carried far and
wide across all Biafraland therefore, we are not politicians neither are we
here for politics nor for power play but to ensure that we restore Biafra
nothing else nothing more . We the elders of IPOB use this medium to call on
all principle officers of IPOB in and outside Biafra land to please join hands
with them the elders of IPOB to fight to restore Biafra and not ourselves,
remember a house divided will not stand.

on the inaugural interactive meeting of the supreme council of elders of IPOB
on this day the 25th of May, 2018.

We humbly Greet you all.
We do heartily welcome you all to this epic and epoch
interactive meeting of elders of IPOB from across Biafra land. Welcome to
Igwuocha Rivers region.
This meeting is therefore timely and necessary in that it
has been said.
"It is an abomination for the goat to put to birth
tired to the rope while the elderly man is around."
This, therefore is a call on our moral conscience,
calling on us to live up to our responsibility as men on whose shoulders lays
the destines of our future generations and define the land and the entire
people of Biafra from total extinction.
Responding to this clarion call from our prophetic
visionary son Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is currently abducted and held
incommunicado; that is if alive, by the Nigerian government, is imperative or
we will all be slaughtered like rats by these rampaging blood thirsty Hausa
Fulani Islamic vampires masquerading around in the name of killer herdsmen,
financed by the Nigerian government in collaboration with the British government.
We therefore join Mazi Nnamdi Kanu calling on all sons
and daughters of Biafra, that is the formal old eastern region of Nigeria now
the south-East the South-south and the lower middle belt to eschew all Manners
of bitterness, sectionalism, fault-finding and tribalism and come together as
one resourceful dynamic and strong indivisible nucleus family offspring of one
progenitor, people with one destiny, one goal, one hope and common energy:
Nigeria and the British government, and fight for our collective freedom as
Biafrans, and until freedom is achieved no retreat no surrender.
Fellow elders we are gathered here today to holistically
look inward so as to avoid making the same mistakes as did our predecessors who
for a pound of flesh betrayed the cause of freedom during the then Nigeria
Biafra war of 1967-1970.
The people's general Ikemba I of Nnewi Chukwuemeka Odumegwu
Ojukwu during the meeting of the south-south forum organized by the late
activist Dr
Ken Saro Wiwa here in Igwuocha; in his short but ever
powerful speech said:
"Good Morning, Good Morning, Good Morning"
This indeed indicates that all that betrayed the cause of
freedom during the war are now only but walking up and regretting their
actions. Follow elders do not be deceived by anyone calling for One Nigeria; in
the name of restructuring. Remember, the genocidal war of 1967-1970 that
claimed well over 6.2 million Biafrans is still on. Systematically Biafran are
killed daily with all impunity by Hausa Fulani and Yoruba oligarchy across
every Nigerian city.
Fellow elders, must we continue to fold our hands, close
our eyes pretending that all is well, while our future generations are
sacrificed on the altar of personal interest by politicians and the so called
Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo, our youths, our future hope and strength and women killed?
The battle is intensifying and the killers are ravaging
our community e.g. Enugwu killing 2016, IMO killing 2017, Rivers killing 2014,
Abia killing 2014, Anambra killing 2016, Benue killing 2018 and Kogi killing
2018 in all these the Nigerian government with British government have remained
clawless why? Because the elimination of all Biafrans has always been thesis
number one priority.
Elders, men of high integrity I appeal to you today to
please put aside all forums of selfishness, prejudice, sentiments, and this
evil system of divide and rule injected into the very fabrics of our political
system by the enemies with Which they manipulate and destroy us.
Stand up for your right to freedom. Speak up against all
forms of wickedness, injustices and extrajudicial gruesome killings melted out
against Biafrans in all ramifications by the Nigerian and the British
government; whom haven sown to exterminate, annihilate and extinct all Biafrans
from the face of the earth, and fight for your freedom, fight, yes; I say fight
for your freedom. Remember freedom has never been freely given the oppressed by
the oppressor, but forcefully taken by the oppressed. It's life or death,
Biafra or Nothing.
Lastly, remember posterity will judge us all if we fail
to stand up now and fight in defense of our heritage - Biafra and our people.
Stand up for freedom, stand up for equity and justices. Stand up for posterity.
Stand up for Biafra restoration. Also note that Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo does not have
the interest and the mandate of Ndi-Igbo.
Once again, the elders of IPOB say welcome to Igwuocha
Rivers Province. God bless General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Major Izuogu,
General Philip Effiong, General Achuzie and all fallen Biafran heroes, God
Bless Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Mazi Uche Mefor and all faithful IPOB members worldwide
and God Bless Biafra our motherland, Land of the rising sun.
