The atmosphere, the trees, the rivers, the creatures and natures of Africa; the Trigger end {Biafra} has sent me to write this compelling letter to you; however, I won't forget to pass across their greetings to you in accordance with their messages. Apparently, before I continue to dispense my messages as gotten from the heart of mother Africa, I must congratulate you on your newly elected position as the president of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Sir, your new office should become a voice and a measure, therefore, I urge you to invest your might and power unto dignity and honesty. The land of Biafra is proud of you, we are in great joy to have such an icon.

However, I have chosen this medium of an open letter to reach out to you due to substantial issues I intend to bring to your notice in the full glare of the Nigerian public. You are important to me as a brother in the Biafran project, and as a survivor in the seedy days of military rule who barely survived the noose of the military juntas in the contraption called Nigeria.

While some of you ran into exile and coordinated effectively the external front of the anti-military struggle, some of us remained in the jungle with the beast absorbing its murderous barbs and painfully, a sizeable number paid the supreme price.

It's a good thing that someone like you has emerged as the new president of the International Criminal Court, but my grievances must be made clear. If you had not been given this adorable position, people like me wouldn't know that someone like you have such position or opportunity to work under one of the most important organizations in the world, however, since you have remained silent even while your people were under this gorgeous animals down here in Nigeria. Of a truth, such character can only be exhibited by an African. This is because a white man cannot be at your position and remain adamant in the face of injustice meant against his own people.

I apologize for being rude, the truth has become one among my priorities and I learned it from Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of Indigenous People Biafra while he was still with us. I have outgrown that stage where lies are painted and nourished with nice perfumes a and primary colors.

Sir, I was highly disappointed at discovery about you being a judge of the International Criminal Court, The Hague since March 2012. Whereas your mothers, fathers, and siblings have been dying of Perpetual marginalization and mass killings. Mazi, you have been silent over these injustices whereas God has raised you for that purpose.

Mazi let me remind you that you are a survivor of a genocidal war. You wouldn't have been in your present position if you had died in that genocide of 1967-1970. In the same vein, there were people who would have been ahead of you but were all wasted in that pogrom either by the raining bullets, bombs or starvation. You knew all these, but yet you have remained silent.

Fraudulent Nigeria has converged to try to convalescent after the war but indirectly repeating the same gory events of the war. different factors deployed just to make us useless and irrelevant.

Having blamed you all along, there's still greater opportunity to save this dying generation. Mazi, believe me, your house is on fire and you can't leave the house in flames to chase after rats. Terrorists have been dispatched all over our land and I assure you that Anara in Isiala Mbano Imo state wouldn't be safe.

I praise the most high for this very moment. Especially now that you have the opportunity to give justice to the innocent people that were killed by honestly prosecuting the following individuals who are complicit in the following crimes:

Sir, we are aware of the great responsibility leveled on you at the moment, however, Truth and justice must prevail. Your competence shouldn't be known if you fail to prosecute the above mentioned.
With the emergence of the charges slammed against each of the 16 top Nigerian Government, Army, and Police officials before the US District Court for the District of Columbia by legal representatives of Biafrans, we urge you to do everything in your power to make the voice the dead to be heard.

Clarion call beckons that you should please come back to the opposition mode, the variant, and loyalty to the core values of the oath and allegiances took irrespective of the government in power. By core values, I mean respect for human life and property and application of distributive and remedial justice in the

An Igbo proverb Says "Agbachaoso Aguo mile". I'm sure you know what it means. It's time to condemn evil and injustices or wait to receive them back in the later days. In humility, I must remind you that God has purposes for which you're in that very position. The fear of the Almighty is the beginning of wisdom, hence, you must heed to the voice of God. As you listen, may Chiukwuabiama whom we worship guide and strengthen you as you exercise these duties in just and faithful.
