The propaganda and the general belief of most Nigerians that the Igbo is the only ethnic group that likes and adores money more than anything was defeated when the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was offered billions of naira to denounce the Biafra agitation and he rejected the offer, he was offered oil wells, but he rejected them. He was offered to be given other material things including top positions in the government and he rejected them completely as well. And the question is, is Nnamdi Kanu an Hausa man?
This is to show the world the kind of love he has shown for his people by rejecting to live in opulence at the detriment of his people which is why the Nigeria government made all these offers to him. Nnamdi Kanu has shown the world that not all Igbos are greedy for money and a life of luxury. This has also thrown Nigeria as an Empire of liars and deceitful beings.
Again, the Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba (Nigerians), are of the thought that the Igbos do not love themselves but when Nnamdi Kanu declared for a Sit-at-home on 30th May, 2017, in honour of our fallen heroes, the people complied and all activities in Biafraland completely came to comatose. This has shown the world that the Igbos not only love themselves but can be united to achieve a specific purpose. The Igbo-speaking Biafrans are the most peaceful and loving people anywhere you find them, and they have made up their mind to exit from Nigeria, all we are asking is for Nigeria to leave us alone, we cannot continue to remain in a marriage that is forcefully joined together. We are fed up with the contraption, Nigeria.
We need referendum and referendum we must get because it has been done in so many countries of the world. It was done in Scotland, it was done in Quebec in Canada, it was also conducted in Southern Sudan the same way it was done in other contribution. We therefore, want a replication of that universal right in Biafraland. We cannot continue with one Nigeria, one Nigeria is a fallen, a crime against humanity. Nigeria is not working and will never work. All we Biafrans are asking is our freedom, let the United Nations and Nigeria give us date for referendum otherwise there will be no election come November 18th in Anambra state and same for the general election 2019 in Biafraland. We have determined to exist separately as a nation because Chukwu Okike Abiama (God Almighty) has ordained it.
All Biafrans therefore, regardless of tribe and religion must now come together to achieve our goal for independence as there is much success in unity.
