The Hausa/fulani said Biafra is landlocked
But it's better than the north that's deadlocked
We have locked down Nigeria's economy with a padlock
Our potentials only Biafra can unlock.
To us our nation is so dear
That's why we went to protest to make our stand nuclear
When I saw Biafran flag flying everywhere
Then, it dawned on me that the restoration of Biafra is near
Way back, from time immemorial
I had known I would be present during Nigeria's burial
Within me, I knew I was not a Nigerian
Although I didn't learn history, I know I am fully a Biafran.
Our problems a Nigeria cannot solve
That's why it must be dissolved
It's high time we called a spade by its name and not a shovel
Because things have fallen apart just like in Achebe's novel
Our people are into slavery all over the world, looking for greener pastures.
Because the contraption we found ourselves in is of a bad structure
We have oil, they will never allow our departure
But the right things must be done, because we are free people by nature.
For Biafra, Nnamdi kanu came
At a point they tried to spoil his name
His course is divine, so he rose to fame
The bad leaders and saboteurs he has put to shame.
Nnamdi came to emancipate us from mental slavery
He has nurtured and led the struggle so far, we salute his mastery
Soon we will depart Nigeria and her political thievery
Although not easy, he has given us Biafra through a safe delivery.
