Obasanjo changes gear on Biafra; talks about begging Biafran agitators

Few hours ago, some Nigerian evil rulers gathered to lie to themselves and deceive their gullible citizens as they are wont to do. They came out to give the impression that they were serious about Nigerian leadership, especially as it had to do with the issue of Biafra.

Among them was the so-called Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo (who the Fulani now addresses as National Coordinator); Olusegun Obasanjo, the one-time Nigeria military junta who hates Biafrans with passion; Ango Abdullahi, a Northern political hawk; and several others.

During his speech, Obasanjo abandoned his usual egoistic popular refrain, which is that “Biafran agitators were miscreants and fraudsters”, to ask that they should be begged to remain in the expired contraption called Nigeria. He spoke at an event tagged “Memory and Nation Building: Biafra 50 years later”, organised by the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Foundation.

However he did not leave some of his past arguments in discussing the issue. One of which was that those agitating for Biafra were born after the war and as such did not know what it entailed. “All the people who are agitating for Biafra today were not even born during the war. They do not even know what it entailed”.

Obasanjo and his likes are idiots; they think we have no parents who told us what happened. Many of us a fanatical about Biafra because we know what happened; many of us were in it; and many of us escaped kwashiorkor by whiskers.

Obasanjo was mistaken, as his likes do not know that the young Biafrans know enough about satan’s Nigeria to avoid it like a plague – a place not fit for human habitation. But they knew enough to understand that the likes of Obasanjo are nothing than petty thieves who found themselves in corridors of power. They are the thieves who used the instrumentally of being stooges to British government to steal the very things that were put in their hands to protect.

If the British did not aid thieves like Obasanjo, Ahmed Tinubu, Ibrahim Babangida, Muhammadu Buhari, Atiku Abubakar, and others against Biafra, how will Obasanjo own Obasanjo farms, Bell University, Obasanjo Library, his Mansions, and several other wealth he now possesses.

Believing that he was making sense to his gullible countrymen, the old fool went on to speak about sharing of “national cake”. His words: “And I will say that we should even appeal, if anybody says he wants to go; not that we will say, ‘ok, you can go if you want to go. Do not go’. There is enough cake for each of us.”

This is all they have ever known and spoken about. It is always about sharing cake and not baking cake, which is why all of them are thieves. Just look around you, if you see anyone fanatical about Nigeria remaining one entity, that fellow is a rogue anticipating what to steal.

After all said and done, a comment from Femi Fani Kayode should be enough words for Obasanjo and his likes: “This charade of kill them and pretend to love them all at the same time sickens me. It dishonours the memory of ALL those who fought for and believed in the ideal of Biafra” he had said.
