Comes 6th April 2017 the leader of indigenous people of Biafra director of Radio Biafra and Biafra tv Mazi NNAMDI KANU who was kidnaped on October 14th, 2015 in his hotel room by Buhari terrorist DSS.
NNAMDI KANU has been subjected to several military tortures, he was put in a cage without the knowledge of his whereabouts by the directorate of security service (DSS). NNAMDI KANU Will be appearing before a federal high court sitting in Abuja and will be presided by justice Binta Nyako. As Biafrans and supporters of Biafrans await that day we want to remind Binta Nyako that No secret trial or sharia law will be used on our leader because Nigeria is in a democratic system of government that uses Common Law principles. Any trial must be done openly and the witnesses must not be masked.
The same Nigeria constitution which has used in judging the case of other Nigerians should be used to judge NNAMDI KANU and not sharia law because Nigeria has not been officially declared an Islamic country, even if Nigeria is a member of an organization of Islamic country OIC.
This same court that Binta Nyako smuggled sharia Law in has on three occasions granted NNAMDI KANU unconditional release but the terrorist in power known as Buhari refused to obey court order because he want to jail NNAMDI KANU, that's why he appointed his sister Binta Nyako who studied sharia law to judge NNAMDI KANU with sharia law but we say No to that. This same Binta Nyako who only studied sharia law has on January ruled against secret trial that no secret trial will be allowed in the court, coming back on 20th March to reverse her ruling she made on January shows she is confused and doesn't understand the rule of law or must have been paid to do so because the government of Buhari has no case against him.
Binta Nyako made the following statement in court on March 20th that every defending counsel must study sharia law. She questioned if Barrister Ejiofor defense counsel to IPOB leader Mazi NNAMDI KANU studied part of sharia law, stating that if he had done so it would have taught him more about the secret trial. She went on by saying that the witnesses must wear a mask to testify against NNAMDI KANU. The question I'm asking Binta Nyako and Nigeria's government is if Nigeria now practicing sharia law in federal high court? if YES, we (Biafran) say No to secret trial against our leader.
The court which supposed to be the last hope of common man is now a place where Binta Nyako now practices sharia law. if Binta Nyako is not competent enough to give Mazi NNAMDI KANU a fair hearing, she should hand off the case to avoid tarnishing her image and people who know the rule of law should please educate her more.
We are calling on the world leaders to tell Buhari to obey a court order and release NNAMDI KANU because he committed no crime or they should ask her the offense Kanu committed to warrant his arrest, the inhuman treatment, and humiliation. NNAMDI KANU didn't commit any offense, so he must be released unconditionally.
NNAMDI KANU has great ideas to help restore Africa and Nigeria should tap from his vision.
