I want to state it vividly that ECOWAS court is biased.
The judge declined further submissions from
Applicant’s lawyer, Barrister Ejiofor, stating that the
case is vividly seen that the Nigerian government
are not able to defend what they filed and that there
will be no longer delayed to end this case and set
everyone free.

The justices in their rulings dismissed the various applications of the federal government of Nigeria on why the case should be struck out as the FG alleged that the Ecowas court lacked the jurisdiction to hear the case.
The court however disagree
stating that it has the jurisdiction to entertain the suit since it bordered on enforcement of human
rights of the applicant and thus struck out the
application of the FG for lacking in merit.
The court then declined further submissions from
Applicant’s lawyer, Barrister Ejiofor, stating that the
case is vividly seen that the Nigerian government
are not able to defend what they filed and that there
will no longer be allowed to delay the suit as they
urgently want to an end to it and the detained freed
unconditionally.
The judges in what seems to be giving of final
opportunity to right its wrongs to the federal
government in its deciding ruling, adjourned the
case to 27th April, to alert the Nigerian government
once more to come up with a better reason why the
detained IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu should
remain in its prison custody or it will strike out the
case.

ECOWAS Court is playing with the intelligence of the leadership of IPOB. The Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) have no confidence on the ECOWAS of Injustice.
African leaders are a disgrace to Black people in general but the kingdom of Biafra shall get rid of this corrupt leader's and judges with wedge on their head.
ECOWAS court are corrupt organization who back and support injustice in African soil. They higher you pay to the corrupt ECOWAS bodies controlled by their masters British Government and Nigeria Government. The justice denied to the accused persons.
We want to state vividly that the IPOB leadership has no confidence on ECOWAS court anymore. The ECOWAS are covering the mess the Nigeria Government are into.
Advice is to struck out the case of the IPOB leader Citizen Nnamdi Kanu (POC) from ECOWAS court. They are frustrated baboons and monkeys who feed on the blood money of innocent citizen who only express themselves to the world.
Self - Determination is never a crime, because the United Nation Charter 2007 gave the Indigenous people the Right to agitate for her sovereignty.
The fundamental human right of the IPOB leader and her citizens are been abused by the government of Nigeria.
The evil British Government should get off from Biafra land. The atrocities been committed against the Biafran people can never be swept under the carpet.
We will never forgive any country supporting and sponsoring the Nigeria Government in the killings of the indigenous people.
We are also calling on people of good conscience, people of goodwill and lovers of freedom to do the needful because the IPOB leadership has lost confidence on ECOWAS which is suppose to be the hope of the oppressed Africans.
