Night is a time to rest after the days activity, but it is not a must if one chooses not to rest even though God has made the night a time for rest.
God gave mankind the power to make choices which is also adopted in the UN charter for the indigenous people as been excised by the indigenous people of Biafra IPOB, this is an inalienable right God gave to mankind yet some cabals has chosen to hauled this right from people to excise it.
However a person may choose not to rest or sleep at night but such a person do not posses the will power to prevent other people who wish to excise that right from going on therefore if God who is the initiator of this right do not interfere with people's choice, then who is a mortal man to interfere against his fellow human.
The detaining of a freedom fighter due to mere political power like that of Nnamdi Kanu is a great injustice against his God given right of making a choice and it's an ignorance in the modern day international law which Binta Murtala Nyako has been appointed to educate her employer not knowing she is also a dummy like her pay masters.
The great question remains that,is Binta Murtala Nyako proving to be more informed judicially than the justice Ademola who had earlier freed Nnamdi Kanu in his ruling which is yet to be obeyed by the DSS or is it that she is proving to be uninformed judicially? looking at the path she is treading in her 20th of March ruling.
The world is watching and waiting to see the professionalism in Binta Murtala Nyako.
