IPOB, BIAFRA, Nigeria, Court Case.

Behold the land of the Rising Sun with the wise men from the east. The land that flows with milk and Honey. Obodo Chiukwu Okike Abiama Telu Mmanu. A nation who stood their ground in 1967-1970 civil war extermination by a world of injustice. A world that derive pleasure on the plights of the Indigenous people in mother Africa. The genocide that was committed against the blessed people of Biafra by the evil British government and her evil queen Elizabeth of England sponsored by ex Prime Minister Harold Wilson. The Harold Wilson Syndrome that took the lives of about 6 million Biafra people in 1967-1970 genocide war. Because of the mineral resources found on the Biafra, soil. Is a shame that the British government cannot feed her citizens without stealing Biafra crude oil and looting the indigenous clans dry?   Biafra is alive, strong, formidable, relentless, resolute and fearless before their enemies. The giant of black continent (Africa). The salt of the Ani (earth). Has come to take her glory and crown back (Biafra).

The indigenous individuals and the peoples have the right to enjoy fully all right established under applicable international domestic labour law.  The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Citizen Nnamdi Kanu (POC) the Director of Radio Biafra / Biafra TV has the fundamental right to demand the freedom her people. Self-determination is a universal law. UN Charter for self-determination states in Article 9.  Indigenous people and individuals have the right to belong to an indigenous community or nation, in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or nation concerned. No discrimination of any kind may arise from the exercise of such a right.

Article 4 also states

Indigenous people, in exercising their right to self-determination, have the right to autonomy or self-government in matters relating to their internal and local affairs, as well as ways and means for financing their autonomous functions.

UN Charter state in Article 11 (1) that the Indigenous peoples have the right to practice and revitalize their cultural traditions and customs. This includes the right to maintain, protest and develop the past, present and future manifestations of their cultures, such as archaeological and historical sites, artifacts designs, ceremonies. Technologies, visual, performing arts, and literature.

The government of Nigeria and the Injustice Binta the presiding on the case of the leader of IPOB Citizen Nnamdi kanu (POC) should understand that the IPOB leader is not the one the holding unjustly. They are holding, institution, and 70 millions Biafrans illegally. Hell will let loose if anything should happen to the leader of IPOB. The more the Nigeria government keeps detaining an innocent freedom fighter whose only crime is to seek for the freedom of his people from an evil forest known as Nigeria. The more disasters befall the evil British experiment called Nigeria.

Injustice Binta Fatima Nyako allow justice to prevail for the leader of the global of IPOB world and the Director of Radio Biafra / Biafra TV. Self-determination is no crime but a fundamental human right.
