On this day, Biafrans were seen gathered in their great numbers, at Aba National High School to pray and solicit to their creator Chiukwu Abiama on behalf of their leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who was already facing incarcerations from the Nigerian Government; to seek the face of their supreme Creator, to grant them their heart desire which is simply a Sovereign State of Biafra. It was recorded that Biafrans have carried out series of rallies, which in all they were attacked by the Nigerian joint securities; in each attack, casualties are usually recorded, as Biafrans are always shot and arrested.
Biafrans have never retaliated irrespective of the paramount pressure received from the Nigerian security operatives, under the command and guise of the Chief dictator, Tyrant, terrorist, child rapist and a treasonable felony president, Muhammadu Buhari. Biafrans were gathered to pray; they were having on the Biafran flags, plastic trumpets, and other Biafran materials. These were the reasons they were shot and whisked away.
If only the world has conscience, today in the history of man will not be forgotten. If only the entire inhabitants of the earth have a conscience, today in the history of man will be called the Biafran holocaust. Ever since the dawn of today being the 9th day of February 2017, my emotions have the explanation of the gory event that took place at the National High School Aba Biafra Land on the same date in the year 2016.
If only the world has conscience, after one year of such great massacre, the perpetrators of this crime are still walking freely in the streets. If I must know, what have been the hidden agenda, regarding the silence and mimicking from the world? The bone of contention remains that Biafrans were massacred for seeking self-determination. What will the government of the contraption called Nigeria give as an excuse for killing Biafrans?
The most heartbreaking of it all is that the Nigerian security operatives have on some occasions denied the incidents, notwithstanding the report released recently by the Amnesty International; which includes numerous videos, pictures, and interviews exposing the states and directions taken by the security operatives.
Recall that after days of the event, some Biafrans were seen lifeless, hands tied behind their back, with Biafran flags at Aba borrow pit. The Amnesty international have the evidence, pro to their arrival at Aba to take records. The killing of Biafrans on that very day is a prove that Nigerian government has no value for human lives.
They trooped into the school premises, surrendered us, and took their shooting positions. Biafrans were not having guns, they were not having sticks either. They opened fire on us, after dispersing their dangerous tear-gas. We never retaliated, because we have nothing to fight back with. It’s quite unfortunate, for the Army General Burutia to say that the security operatives shot at us in defense.
Armed security men shot in defense? So unfortunate that even a blind man can defend the truth in this case. The world has not realized the brutality against Biafrans. Maybe when we rise to defend ourselves, they would tag us, terrorists. Biafrans cannot forget this day in a hurry. The most important thing is to make sure the perpetrators never go unpunished. The Nigerian government is bent on ethnic cleansing of Biafrans. It’s so heartbreaking that there exists government officials located in various states, senatorial zones, local government Areas and so many other figures. They have remained silent, and they must explain to us at the appointed time.
The likes of Usman Mbaka will tell us if it’s wrong to pray. He must tell us if his principle forbids the bid to commune with his God. He will further tell us what He has done regarding this killings. The blood of those innocent Biafrans killed is seeking for revenge. They are weeping endlessly, their tears flow like the rivers.
Their death must be avenged, my heart bleeds, my blood is too hot, I feel like giving them the peace they seek for. The world must connote to the fact that the blood of Biafrans has incessantly flowed; our blood need not flow again. The world should reconsider their conscience, and know their stance. This is a whole year, no reaction yet.
Now the ball is in their court; Biafrans have decided to give their lives. On the contrary, self-determination is not a crime. It’s officially legalized in the UN-chartered law of the Indigenous People. We need justice, for the dead cries for it. Today, the world should remember the dead. Those killed for praying, singing and dancing. It’s unconstitutional; they have not stop killing us. But one thing is certain, the end shall justify the beginning.
