Biafrans overshot my expectation of them – Kanu
Biafrans overshot my expectation of them – Kanu
Reports went viral during the past week of Nnamdi Kanu’s words, where he declared that he would never disappoint Biafrans. Kanu, who is leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Director of Radio Biafra and Biafra Television, said that Biafrans overshot his expectation of them, insisting that he never knew they would be as resolute as they turned out to be.
The Biafra leader made this known when IPOB family writers paid him a courtesy visit at the Kuje Krison in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital. He had expressed his confidence on Biafrans’ resoluteness in achieving freedom for themselves and unborn generations, in spite of being shot to death on various occasions by evil Nigerian police and military.
He charged them not to relent, but to keep the fire burning with enthusiasm, and that “Biafra must come at our watch! fight on! Fight on until total freedom is achieved” he urged them.
Biafra Choice Writers’ inquest across Biafraland, and how Biafrans have received the message, showed a people determined beyond description to continue the struggle. They said they were determined to fight on, and as such would do more to achieve Biafra; and gladden the heart of their leader.
