BIAFRA: NYAKO BINTA AN INTRUDER OF JUSTICE

The consciousness of men around the globe should be awakened, at this juncture. Seeing the intrudes act of justice Nyanko Binta, the newest puppet for the greatest tyrant and dictator of the present century, Muhammadu Buhari. Because Binta Nyako is under pressure from the tyrannical government of Buhari, this counts nothing as her disregards to accurate Justice hence she rules on an application ordering a secret trial of someone who has been publicly accused. Justice Binta Nyako has just proven that the two competent courts that previously granted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu bail are wrong. She further showed that she probably has taken her own lectures in a different aspect, not in collaboration with what others had. What should justify her actions? Justice indeed has been raped and murdered by Binta Nyako. She deserves no good reference because she has killed her right name. She has become an intruder of justice, therefore have insinuated that there are no men of good will who will come and save the dying justice in the contraption called Nigeria. I wept at the range of her affirmative, stating that she cannot be questioned by anybody for her illegal actions. Binta Nyako has looked down on those who could go any miles to oppose injustice. What is the brain behind the silence of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)? The judicial counsel and the rest bodies representing the judiciary? What has become the bone of contention toward, the cowardice act that has loomed and eluded them? It is so confusing that the world would keep adamant to the injustice mounted on Biafrans. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a prisoner of conscience. The first political prisoner of Buhari in this era of his tyrannical government. Optimistically, we cannot fold our hands and watch the aim of Buhari to jail our leader becoming a reality. When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes a duty. Our task is to stand and resist this injustice that has become law. We are not terrorists, so we wonder how a masquerade could testify against someone publicly accused. The secrecy of Buhari's intended trial against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is to pass an unjustifiable judgement against him.
The world should remember that Muhammadu Buhari on 3rd May 2016, while on a media chat, sworn not to release Nnamdi Kanu. Buhari has no regard for the rule of law. A government that snubbed away a court order is not worthy of trying any accused. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been charged with a treasonable felony, even without killing anyone. So amusing that treason is now valid via a spoken word, owning a radio station and being realistic of your identity. Nigeria is a British fraud, and have by agreement, expired. Biafrans are no longer interested in this devilish union. How can one commit treason for seeking for an independent nation? Until we see those persecuted at Britain, for finding an independent nation of Scotland, the British-Nigerian government is an eye sore to humanity. Self-determination is a universal law that must be obeyed by the Nigerian government. What is treasonous about self-determination? Binta Nyako should have been in a better position to lecture Buhari over the impending danger of any attempt to harm Nnamdi Kanu. It's obvious that Nyako Binta has allowed a visionless man, an illiterate as Buhari to control the good conscience in her. We Biafrans had looked up to your pretence conscience displayed at the initial time, but you have destroyed that impression. From the beginning of this judgement which has been presided over by so many other diplomatic judges, Biafrans are much aware that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu cannot in any way get justice from the Nigerian court. The high rate of injustice in Nigeria has affected even the atmosphere. The world should come up now and secure the poor dying justice. Justice is the same as far as humanity is concerned. The British government have forgotten that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is their citizen. Why have they abandoned him? Only because he chose to expose their evil agenda towards Biafrans and Africa at large. They have abandoned him because he has been the only man who has publicly and boldly criticised them of their evil. The world should remember that Nnamdi Kanu commands millions, who are ready to die for the same course. They should as well remember that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is backed by those who love and could lay their lives for him.
Sometimes, I begin to pity Nigeria. What do they take Biafrans for? They should know that 1967 is not this present era. We are much more diplomatic to bring Nigeria down at any given time. Justice Binta should, as a matter of fact, advise Buhari on what is to come upon Nigeria if anything happens to my leader. It's not a treat, but the law and principles that guide injustice. Biafrans are here to resist this evil judgement. It's no longer news that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is going through persecution without any evidence. Binta Nyako should think of the fate of her predecessor, John Tsoho, who has lost his dignity because of crumbs and worldly things. Her profession as a judge suffered humiliation because she has decided to launch injustice as a law. Hence she has no regards for the rule of law she has become a disgrace to her profession. I so much believe in justice. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is entitled to address his people. They should allow him to express his right, and his quest should be granted. Nigeria will definitely collapse if they should go ahead with that rule given by Binta. Anyone honouring her as a judge is only making a mockery of the judiciary. The tyrannical government of Buhari is only making history on a daily basis. We totally disagree with any secret trial of any kind. The secret trial for no offence. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu should know anyone testifying against him. Body language is much necessary to detect when the witness is lying.
The world must also be put on notice, because the charge levelled against Nnamdi Kanu is so grievous and as such, must be handled carefully. You cannot harass someone in the market and try his or her innocence at home. Who will tell those in the market that he or her is innocent? We demand justice to prevail because Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has committed no crime. We believe in justice but would only resist when injustice loops in. Freedom for Nnamdi Kanu will contribute substantially to save this looming disaster that will soon elude the contraption called Nigeria.
