Before I continue, I ask 'did Biafran peaceful protesters carry out violent protest? Did Buhari take Oath of Allegiance to Protect citizens of Nigeria or Aso Rock?
Answering questions on African Independent Television (AIT) 8 a.m Kakaki program on Wednesday, the Presidential spokesperson, Mr Femi Adesina justified the killing of Pro -Biafrans peaceful protest on several occasions as released by Amnesty International Crime Report that the violent and murders done by Nigeria Soldiers were an out of provocation caused by protesting Biafrans.
Mr Femi Adesina was asked what Mr Buhari is doing to restore peace in the country looking into recent report released by Amnesty International, accusing Federal Government of Killing 150 pro -Biafran Peaceful protesters, in response Mr Femi Adesina justified the massacre by saying "Violent begot violence" meaning Pro -Biafran protesters carried out Violent protest.
But looking at the recent report of Pro -Biafran killings, Amnesty International records that Biafrans made the peaceful protest.
"The Nigerian security forces, led by the military, embarked on a chilling campaign of extrajudicial executions and violence resulting in the deaths of at least 150 peaceful pro-Biafra protesters in the south-east of the country."
Furthermore, the presidential media man Femi Adesina were also asked by AIT journalist why Buhari chose to Kill Pro Biafran peaceful Protesters while Fulani Herdsmen are being paid for killing innocent citizens by El -Rufi of Kaduna State. Responding to the question, Femi said State issues as such should be left for States to solve.
Consequently, it appears Buhari is not ready to resolve issues facing him as president. There is no way peaceful protesters are killed, and Fulani killing insurgents are paid off by Governors for killing, Federal Government kept mute about it. Biafrans are left with no choice than to lift arms in defence for their lives from Nigeria Soldiers killings subsequently.
