Nigeria: Justice John Tsoho Has Eaten Forbidden Fruit And Need To Be Sanctioned

October 24, 2016.

Written by Chinedu Solomon

In the garden of Eden, the first instruction was given to Adam not to eat forbidden fruit and knowingly or unknowingly he failed by eating the said fruit. Adam was hand work of Chukwu Okike (God the Creator) but he sanctioned him for disobedience of the law. Rules and regulations are there for Man to obtain a lawful society and decent life.

Tsoho has eaten forbidden fruit given to him by the executive led by the APC government and their archaic President; Hitler of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.

Who will sanction John Tsoho to serve as an epitome to other corrupt judges?

The National Judicial Council (NJC), is an executive body established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in accordance with the provisions of Section 153 of the 1999 Constitution as amended to protect the Judiciary of Nigeria from the whims and caprices of the Executive.

National Judicial Council cannot seat and watch executive muscle and rough handles their independence. Executive have infiltrated the judiciary and some judges especially John Tsoho who is now portraying Nigeria judiciary as infants and bunch of bimbos. Until NJC sanction John Tsoho, Judiciary will never regain their freedom.

The bone of contention here is Tsoho. The same way he shamefully alters his verdict in Kanu's case was what happened to Babalakin’s case with EFCC.

“Babalakin’s grievance, in the petition dated June 19, 2015, was that Tsoho vacated his own interim injunction of April 29, 2015, barring the respondents from proceeding with the proposed arraignment of Babalakin pending the determination of the fundamental rights enforcement suit.”

“The applicant’s lawyers claimed that judge, John Tsoho discharged the order without a formal application from the respondents.”

John Tsoho has ridiculed himself and the judiciary to the extent an illiterate President; Buhari gave him an order on what to do in a case of international interest like that of Kanu's.

It's better to be late than never, Nation Judicial Council still has bronze and not golden opportunity to rescue judicial image by sacking the most corrupt judge, John Tsoho to serve as a warning to other unscrupulous judges.

I also want to use this opportunity to advice Justice Binta Nyako, the current judge handling Kanu's case to deliver justice without fear or favour. I don't want to believe that her inclination to Buhari and Katsina state will affect her rulings.

If Justice Binta Nyako follows Tsoho’s footsteps on November 8th, 2016, we will not waste a second to drag her to the department of disgraced unlearned Tsoho in the zoological Republic of Nigeria.

I will conclude with this quote from Socrates, “unexamined life is not worth living”.
