Once again the world will focus on Nigeria as the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is to appear before the court for the judge's final verdict, 52 Senior lawyers ready to join the defendants legal team are rumoured to be present in court for the hearing as tension rises and pressure is on the sitting Judge, Justice John Tsoho who is said to be biased and have allegedly been bribed to sentence Nnamdi Kanu in the case tagged the biggest and most prolific case in the history of the country.

World organizations such as Amnesty international will be present and  as well as other reputable international organizations will be present to witness the ruling, Kanu who was arrested on 14th October 2015. in a Lagos hotel and held illegally over three months by the state department service, Later charged to court and had received bail by two competent courts of jurisdiction ordering his release on meeting bail conditions which was immediately carried out but problem started when the DSS refused to release him and decided to keep him in their custody the people began to react and there was numerous nationwide and worldwide protest calling for release.

Protest in the southeastern part of the country has seen a major clampdown by the military and police and many protesters have died in the process, On February 9 2016, The Nigerian army shot and killed 52 innocent unarmed Biafran youths after a graphic video went viral on the internet showing the army opening fire on  innocent civilians who have gathered at a high school in Aba to pray for the release of their  detained leader, May 30, 2016. was another bloody day at Nkpor junction in Anambra state as over 200 young men was killed in cold blood and their bodies were taken away to destroy the evidence.

Reports from various news media reported that the killings have recently been silently carried out and the local rulers are scared to say anything about it for fears or of being killed.

Nnamdi Kanu is innocent and a hero, he is a true leader who is ready to die for what he believes in, last Friday his legal representatives appeared on wazobia FM Abuja to honour an interview by the Nigerian radio station where he made it clear that Nnamdi is very sick and if anything happens to him the federal government must be held accountable because Kanu is innocent of all the charges levied against him, the Nigerian government are only desperately looking for a means to jail or kill him. he alerted the international communities to be aware of what is happening in Nigeria.

Let it be known to the world that if anything happens to Nnamdi Kanu the world will not remain the same and Nigeria will be history, like Kanu always say "If they fail to give us Biafra, Somalia will be better than Nigeria".

Therefore, the world leaders and the United Nations should stand up now and do the right thing, defending the rights of self-determination of indigenous people as encrypted in the 2007 UN charter.  Biafrans want freedom and self-determination because of severe suffering and marginalisation of the Northern Hausa-Fulani and numerous injustice on them since the inception of the amalgamation in 1914.

Today the 26th of September 2016, The world will know and see how the judiciary is being run in Nigeria, Justice John Tsoho  who has already shown signs of incompetence and a known biased judge who has been bribed should have a rethink and do the right thing, upholding justice. you still have a chance to make it right and do not allow yourself to be used by Buhari and his DSS agents., The world is watching with keen interest and we are also watching. See you in court.
