HOW BIAFRA WILL BE MANAGED; NO MINORITIES; TO BE A JURISTIC NATION

By Ifeanyi Chijioke.

I am just a pro-Biafra journalist and I have knowledge of what Nnamdi Kanu’s Biafra is all about because I am a first class graduate of radio Biafra. You will agree with me that there is no school on earth that can be compared to radio Biafra live broadcast with Nnamdi Kanu. “As for Nnamdi Kanu, nobody can be compared to him when it comes to this Biafra project” the deputy leader of IPOB said in a live broadcast. As a graduate of radio Biafra; I think the blue print of what Biafra is and how Biafra will be managed; if for nothing else, if you stay close to Nnamdi Kanu, he shares his dreams or you see his plans on a mental map of Biafra. Nnamdi Kanu made Biafra so open that you don’t often need Uchemefor, Asiegbu, Bar. Emma Mmezu and Ironya or Austin Ofoma to know what Biafra represents.
When Commonwealth and British embassy representatives visited Biafra land to get the first hand information and know what Biafra really wants, I was called to receive the team which drilled me in a marathon debate or questions. The debate or questions which they felt I was gaining upper hand in was about to end and they asked a final question which says “IF BIAFRA IS GIVEN TO YOU PEOPLE; WHAT IS THE EVIDENCE THAT IT WON’T BE LIKE NIGERIA” they explained clearly to me that we failed in Nigeria; and illustrated how Biafrans could not patronize Innoson and our governors unable to use the little they have to make Biafra a bit okay. They posited that as FG marginalized us, what have we done with the little we have to show we can manage the bigger one we are aspiring for?

I was pleased with such decisive question and praised their effort to try and fault me or make sure I lose my lead. On the other hand, ability to answer the question will give Biafra a bigger chance should they submit their report. I was so free and I never had the thought of the effect of another Japan; had I remembered they once said they don’t want another Japan, I would have replied them “Give us Biafra first and see if it would not be better than Nigeria”. Due to the freedom I had,

I answered thus “BIAFRA IS ABOUT A PEOPLE WHO LEFT THEIR HOME AND SCATTERED ALL OVER EUROPE; THEY LEFT HERE BECAUSE BIAFRA IS THE LAND OF SLAVES AND SUBJUGATED MEN. THEY CAME OVER TO EUROPE AND SAW WHAT WHITE MEN DID AND HOW THEY BUILT THEIR HOMES, WHITE MEN TAUGHT THEM AND THEY LEARNT THE WHITE MAN’S NATION BUILDING TRADE. THIS TIME, THEY ARE TIRED OF STAYING IN A FOREIGN LAND AND WISH TO COME BACK HOME; BIAFRA IS MORE ABOUT THEM THAN US HERE” they adjusted and I knew I was on the right track, so I continued.
“THESE MEN THAT YOUR PEOPLE TAUGHT EVERYTHING, NNAMDI KANU THAT MANAGE YOUR PEOPLE OVER THERE HAVE DECIDED TO COME BACK HOME. IF HE ADDS HIS OWN WISDOM TO WHAT YOU PEOPLE ALREADY TAUGHT HIM; WON’T BIAFRA BE GREATER THAN EVEN YOUR OWN COUNTRIES?” this time I turned the table against them, waiting for my reply and the female Doctor that headed the team said “BIAFRA WILL, YES, BIAFRA WILL, BECAUSE HE STOLE FROM US” she said and we all burst into laughter.

I further concluded that asking if Biafra will be better than Nigeria is underrating the likes of Emeagwari, the team of engineers that built Ogbunigwe and Biafrans breaking records all over the world. I reminded them that the only black inventor in history of the world is a Biafran. We have enough citizens scattered all over the world that can build Biafra economy within a space of one month. And finally, I reminded them that we are talking about an asylum for the black race; that Europe will no longer have parasites.
I feel I should not be the person discussing this very topic with you but it became crucial because I have frequently come across pro-Nigeria journalists divisively saying the ‘impossible’ Southsouth they created for their divide and rule strategy will not unite with their flesh and blood ‘Southeast’ because they won’t love to be minority yet in Biafra. The idea of putting such idea in writing is to fight the restoration of Biafra; they are very much aware that united Biafra will be unstoppable. They try to indirectly tell Ijaw to keep shouting Ijaw nation or Niger Delta Republic; this will give them the platform to triumph over us. They will first kill Niger Delta Republic that never lived or will ever live and then with their might face lively Biafra. They would have an argument to put forward, so the best way to oppose Biafra is to fight the unity of Biafra.
In some quarters, they whispered to the Biafrans across the Niger that they are coming to take your oil and I ask them, is Anambra not oil producing state, what of Imo and Abia? The remaining two states without oil have natural resources that when exploited will be more valuable than oil. Is coal not the main economy of a world known country? What about the limestone in Abakilike and all sorts of unexploited natural resources that can be used as major economy? I understand that information is knowledge and knowledge is power. We are powerless because we lack information and they freely use it against us, manipulate us and tear us apart. Nnamdi Kanu has given Biafrans knowledge and the power to stand against our enemies and any deceit one confronts Biafra with will be dismantled.

First of all, minority should not exist in one’s own nation; the failings of Nigeria should not be viewed on Biafra. The cluelessness or political un-stability of the business minded Nigeria should not form basis for Biafra sentence. Nigeria is a geographical expression set in a duel form; your ability to occupy makes you a Nigerian. If citizens from Benin Republic decide tomorrow to come into Nigeria en-mass and settle in a state; if they are dogged enough and push for state-hood, they will eventually have it to making it 38 states in Nigeria. Biafra shall run a system of government based on true federalism with Nnamdi Kanu being the president or prime minister. Though when Biafra is achieved, Nnamdi Kanu will not automatically take the office of President or Prime minister; election shall be conducted unless he has no opposition. This system of government will hand the provinces the ultimate power to handle their lives and make their own laws with two third of the house. The president shall have less influence or no influence on the provinces as he stands a referee to check the province ministers or governors of corruption and excesses. The Prime minster or President and province ministers or governors shall take juristic decisions, sign or engage in international treaty. The full-free wielding power of the President shall be bestowed on external engagements and not internal engagements, thereby giving room for the people to govern themselves and decide for themselves. The President or Prime minister would serve as executive-check and even make the seat less concentrated. By so doing, two party ‘system’ can be invoked to always get the best for the nation as a President or Prime minister is there to represent the nation while the people rule themselves and return tax to him for the purpose of nation building.

There shall be nothing like minority or whatsoever and to also use this opportunity and answer the critics asking how will Biafra survive? It cannot be disputed that what every average Biafran wants is the environment to show what he can do. Biafrans are known for hard work and with the millions outside the shores of Africa shifting investment and infrastructural awareness to Biafra land; what exactly will affect Biafra? Biafrans are scattered everywhere and if Biafra land becomes a home and a focus, within one year; we shall build a stable economy before returning home to continue nation building. Biafra has won every argument and there is no way one can come in to instigate us against each other. We are great Biafrans and we shall show greatness with the great united states of Biafra.

“This is solely my view gotten from the mental blue print of Biafra under Nnamdi Kanu”
