BIAFRA
Only in the animal kingdom where the idiomatic expression "survival of the fittest" is used. The animal kingdom is sometimes referred as a menagerie, wildlife park, zoological garden or Zoo. But in the case of Nigeria, Zoo is the most suitable. A lawless country, where citizens are massacred, killed, subjugated, oppressed, duped, marginalised, robbed, kidnapped, discriminated and inhumanly treated is the best zoo. The less regard to people's outcry and autocratic leadership disposition is watched and measure for the lawlessness of a country.
Nigeria base of existence could be the easiest avenue to trace the cause of its present state. During the slave trade reign in Africa, Biafrans were the most targeted people in West Africa through Calabar route known as the Bight of Biafra. Within this period, Flora Shaw, who is the harlot wife of Lord Lugard, formed the forceful existence Nigeria. Being in his alcoholic state, Flora Shaw suggested to Lugard what a great nation of Biafra should be called with Nigeria (Hausas and Yorubas) and she was named Niger Area. The reason for this, according to Lord Lugard was to help the Hausas and Yorubas since they are sluggish and can not live alone on their own. The Nigeria of today took effect on 1914.
Nigeria, as unstable as it appeared has followed different regimes and system of government. It started with military rulership and continued with Democratic leadership. It is quite unfortunate that the constitution of so called Nigeria was during the fading away of the army regime, so as a Democratic and presidential system of government, the constitution lacks some features that compliment Democratic system of government. For example, the constitution has no exit law, which supports and gives room to groups under mutual understanding to determine their existence. In other parts of the world that practice the presidential system of government, makes provisions for such exit doors for some people to wake away through a referendum.

The lawlessness of the contraption called Nigeria has widened since the emergence of APC/Buhari led administration. This policy is characterized by witch-hunting, illegal arrest, robbery, kidnapping, unlawful detention, breach of Law, marginalization, oppression, suppression, massacre, killings, corruption, hardship, inflection, economic crunch, disobedience of court orders/verdicts, lack of check and balances among government organs, autocracy, vision lessness/lack of direction, allegation, promise and fail, currency value fall, unemployment, lack of development and high budget/budget deficit.
Looking into lawlessness is of note that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Founder of London Licensed Radio (Radio Biafra) Dr Nnamdi Kanu was illegally arrested on 14th of October 2016 but was formally announced by the Department of the State Security Service (DSS) on 18th October 2015. The Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday, December 2015 granted the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, bail, to be released unconditionally by Justice Adeniyi Ademola. Mr Kanu’s release by the federal court came a day after a Magistrate Court sitting in Abuja struck out all suits filed against Kanu by State Security Service. Magistrate Shuaibu Usman started out all criminal charges levelled against Mr Kanu after counsel to the State Security Services, Moses Idakwo, filed for discontinuation of the matter on the instruction of his client. On December 22nd, 2015, Kanu was levelled six others charges bordering on treasonable felony and the verdicts of the various courts to release him.
Dazuki was arrested by the same government on December 2015 on allegation bordering misappropriation of the fund as an adviser to the Ex-President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. After meeting all the bail conditions, he was re-arrested on December 29, 2015, and has since been held incommunicado without a lawful court order. The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS ) Court has ordered the Federal Government to, in 24 hours, explain why former National Security Adviser (NSA) Colonel Sambo Dasuki (retd) is still being detained. In reply to the order in Abuja on Tuesday, May 17, 2015, the presiding Judge of the regional court, Justice Friday Chijioke Nwoke, said the court will ensure the case is accelerated in the interest of justice. The same fate of Kanu and Dazuki is applicable Olisa Metu, Fani Femi Kayode and others who has been witch-hunted by Buhari administration.
There has been a massive outcry of Nigerians over the hardship this present government has subjected everyone. Notably is high increase of motor spirit known as fuel, from #86 to #145 per liter. As a country without industrialised sources of energy has fuel as one of the key inflexion of price. Automatically, since the increment, every product in the market skyrocketed. Another is low-income minimum wage and #19, 800 allowances of youth corps which can not meet to sustain one for up to a month (30 days). The incidence between Nigeria Shi'ite members and Nigeria soldiers has been swept under the carpet. Nigeria Soldiers killed 300 Shi'ite members just on an allegation of road blockage. The Biafran massacres and Hausas/Fulani herdsmen pogroms are yet to be addressed by any arms of government.
If all these atrocities will be going on and there is no one to challenge the current administration or checkmate their excesses, that means no one is safe. Biafrans, we must be fit enough to fight the government of Buhari directly with direct actions and civil disobedience tools/strategy. We can not fold our hands and watch our mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters and children to die under Buhari animal kingdom. The appeal court has flaunted the appeal urging Dr Nnamdi Kanu's release from detention. It is a calculated attack on the Biafrans and we must respond directly.
