Nigeria plots to justify “masked” witnesses – Uche Mefor

Uche Mefor, Deputy Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Deputy Director of Radio Biafra has replied the Nigerian Department of State Security Service (DSSS) which claimed to have got wind of plans by Nnamdi Kanu’s family members to attack the DSSS and violently release him from DSSS custody.

Nnamdi Kanu is the leader of IPOB and Director of Radio Biafra, who was abducted by DSSS last October. Since his abduction, the government and DSSS have been cooking up trumped-up charges against him, in their bid to find ways to convict him. Among other things, Mefor’s reply revealed the DSSS story as part of a grand plan to justify and realize President Muhammadu Buhari’s desire to have some “masked” clones witness against the Biafran leader.

The EVIL that Buhari and his agents are plotting will catch up with them. How can our leader, Nnamdi Kanu's family abduct him? How can unarmed, peaceful global body, Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) that Nigerian government has been killing their members in their numbers plan attack in the court or anywhere in order to abduct their leader?

It important to note that this allegation of abduction by the Nigerian government is a clear cooked-up story in order to allow 'masked' witnesses and to justify the decision by Buhari's legal agent, Tsoho. There is a clear plot to eliminate our leader, Nnamdi Kanu, Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

We urge the responsible members of the international community to live up to their responsibilities to work for the unconditional release of our Leader, Nnamdi Kanu. The reason is based on a number of specific and sundry evidences revealing and betraying the intentions of the Nigerian seating president, Buhari's determination to convict and execute an innocent man. In December 2015, the Nigerian leader, Buhari made it clear in a media chat televised nationally that our leader, Nnamdi Kanu would not be released as he had charge of treasonable felony against him, and this is in spite of court injunctions that he be released on bail. For a president of a country to interfere in a case in court and for a judge to go ahead to implement verbatim what the president said simply demonstrates that there is not going to be a fair trial for the accused. 

Kanu: Prisoner of Conscience

It is therefore our fear and conviction that our leader, Nnamdi Kanu will not find justice in the Buhari hand-picked Justice Tsoho's court and the entire compromised Nigerian judiciary. The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu is simply a prisoner of conscience whose only crime is the defence of his people's right to self-determination which in turn is a recognised provision by the United Nations General assembly Declaration 2007; adopted by the African Union for automatic domestication by member states http://nigerianpilot.com/dss-alleges-plot-to-abduct-kanu-f…/
