THE Department of Security service, DSS are going about hunting
for the members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in
Ebonyi state Abakaliki Province, following the successful peaceful protest
of IPOB in the state capital on 29th July, 2019 to reject the Nigeria Federal government
nationwide RUGA scheme especially in Biafra land and Ebonyi state in
particular.

room from the office of traditional rulers Council in Ebonyi state equally have
it that the DSS is seriously threatening to arrest them especially their
leaders and town union heads in the town, according to DSS that they are the
people harbouring IPOB in Ebonyi state and at the same time provide them
the enabling environment to operate.
It is on this note that IPOB
Ebonyi state wish to call the attention of the IPOB leadership and the world to
the plights of the innocent people of Ebonyi state and the current security
challenges that the Federal government of Nigeria is subjecting them to.
The only crime they committed
was to demand for freedom and self-determination with one voice and stand
for justice to prevail and said no to islamization agenda of Fulani caliphate and
the killings of innocent citizens by the bloody Miyetti Allah Cattle
Breeders Association also known as Fulani herdsmen terrorist in Ebonyi
state and Biafra land entirely.
The leadership of IPOB in
Ebonyi state led by Mazi Igwe Ogbonnaya has seized some opportunity of speaking
with IPOB Ebonyi Media to notify the world on what is happening in Ebonyi
state and Biafra land entirely. In his word on this issue Mazi Igwe Ogbonnaya said,
“we want to let the leadership of IPOB led by our supreme leader Mazi Nnamdi
Kanu and the whole world to know that we're out to restore Biafra and
nothing shall stop us not even the threat of the Nigeria Security operatives.
If they try to do anything funny in Ebonyi state definitely we'll not keep
quiet and let them go free with it; this is our land and we must not let
the enemies take charge of it, it is our responsibility to protect the land and
our people and we will use everything in our arsenal to protect it by all
means, we are not afraid of anybody".
Mazi Igwe Ogbonnaya therefore
encouraged members of IPOB in Ebonyi state to go on their normal lawful
businesses without fear of anything and report any abnormality or suspected
movement of the enemies noticed around their areas of domicile especially the
Nigeria Security operatives and Fulani herdsmen terrorist to the leadership of
IPOB in the state.
He also urged the members to
always be their brethren’s' keeper and report any information of missing person
immediately they receive the information.
