In Delta State, terrorist Fulani Herdsmen, have again attacked and killed 32 years old Mr Nweke Onyebuchi Austine yesterday being 09/04/2020.

The deceased, Mr Nweke Onyebuchi was from Enugu state but resides in Akwa Otosi camp, Umudiaike, Asaba in Delta State where he does his Agricultural business.

Information gathered from the late Onyebuchi's brother has it that, his brother's farm was always destroyed by the lawless Herdsmen who usually graze their Cows there. He said about two weeks ago, the brother came back from his farm very frustrated and narrated his ordeal to them, he told them how Fulani Herdsmen completely destroyed everything in his farm. According to him, the brother out of frustration confronted the Herdsmen who were still around the farm area, he threatened to kill their Cow if they ever run over his farm again. He was not the only victim of this cruelty. Other farms in the area were suffering same fate too but there was no help from anywhere.

Early hours of yesterday, about 3:00am the deceased was woken up from sleep by a very loud bang at his Gate. He got up and went to the door to enquire whom the visitor was and suddenly, he saw that they were already jumping the fence into the compound, shouting... "You kill our Cow, you die". They were over 10 in number carrying AK-47 and shooting sporadically. They opened fire at him, killed him on the Spot and turned away.

The brother took his body to deposit at the mortuary. Until his death he was newly married with two kids, the oldest is three years and the second 9 months.

This is one of the numerous cases recorded daily in Biafra Land. These monstrous Herdsmen have occupied the entire farmlands in Southeast Nigeria causing havoc everywhere. They rape our women and kill them. They target our men and slaughter them. They kidnap motorists and demand for ransom. In all of these atrocities, the State Government says nothing and does nothing about it. These men have grown above the laws of the Land and everyone runs away from them.

This is why we yearn for a Biafra State. This is why we must remain resolutely focused in this Freedom movement.
