The Indigenous People of Biafra Abakaliki Province on
20th September, 2019 inaugurated Akahufu family unit in Iyimagu and Abina
family Unit in Amagu all in Ikwo local Government Ebonyi central senatorial
district Ebonyi state.
Mazi Ikechukwu Nwankwo the Ebonyi Central Senatorial
district coordinator who monitored the inaugurations on behalf of the state
coordinator Mazi Igwe Ogbonnaya while addressing the members of the units
respectively, urged them to disregard the intimidating statements coming from
the state governor Chief Engr David Nwaeze Umahi saying that his administration
will deal with family members of IPOB across the state and stop the lawful
activities of IPOB in Ebonyi state.
He noted that Ebonyi state belongs to Biafra and nothing
will thwart the activities of IPOB in the state, he affirmed that IPOB family
in Ebonyi has become more formidable and resolute in their pursuit for freedom
of Biafra under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. He charged them to remain fearless
and be bold even before their enemies affirming that soon Biafra will be restored.
The Ikwo LGA coordinator of IPOB Mazi Boniface Nwikpuka
who performed the official inauguration appreciated the effort of his senatorial
district coordinator Mazi Ikechukwu Nwankwo
for his resilience and leadership quality in leading the people of the
senatorial district, he expressed his immeasurable joy over the massive turn up
of his good people of Ikwo in general to embrace wholeheartedly the agitation
to restore Biafra. He pledged their
total loyalty and commitment in the struggle. Addressing the new families, he
urged them to see each other as one family and work together with love in order
to achieve their goals of establishing IPOB families in all the nooks and
crannies of Ikwo.
Mazi Alioma Kingsley the coordinator of Akahufu family
unit in Iyimagu and Mazi Chukwu Gabriel the Abina family unit coordinator
reiterated their readiness to serve IPOB and their people in the struggle respectively,
they appreciated the senatorial district coordinator the local government area
coordinator and their lovely people who trusted them for representative and
chief servants.

says that many people came out to be identified with IPOB family to make their
contributions.
Shortly after the inauguration the newly inaugurated
family units took to the streets in the communities to evangelize and pass the
gospel of Biafra to their brethren which received positive response and
reactions from the targeted people who promised to join them in the noble quest
to restore Biafra.
