MEMBERS OF IPOB MOVED TO MAGISTRATE COURT
The Police, very early hours of this date moved members
to Court without any information to their Lawyer nor did they allow the
Detainees to reach out to their Lawyer. At the Court the members insisted to
see their Lawyer before making any response. After much pressure, one of them
stood up and said they were IPOB members and that they have denounced Nigeria
years back, praying for Biafra to come. They also pleaded Not Guilty to the charge
preferred against them, and which was:
"That you Organized a system of intimidation known
as IPOB which caused fear to residents of the community and thereby committed
an offence..."

TO AKWA IBOM STATE MAXIMUM PRISON
The case was adjourned to 01:07:19 for next hearing. All

The more we are attacked the more we push, the more
formidable, the more we agitate, and the more we get closer to Biafra...
IPOB! One
