It is true that the disco dance has gone out of mere play and has become war in Nigeria. This is a premise of the kettle calling Pot black. It is shocking and full of irony. This macabre dance of shame has gone beyond imagination. These are people bereft of shame, remorse or conscience.

What do you expect to hear from Danladi Umar the chairman, Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) and the presiding Judge on the case of the Chief Justice Walter Onnoghen? Danladi Umar is supposed to be Prison for financial crime over bribery scandal of Ten million naira. Premium Times quoted Mr. Keyamo, the prosecutor on the case as saying that, Mr Umar collected 10 million Naira from Rasheed Taiwo, a former Customs official who was facing false assets declaration charges before the Code of Conduct Tribunal sometime in 2012. The prosecutor also accused Mr Umar of receiving N1.8 million of the N10 million bribe, through one of his personal assistants, Gambo Abdullahi. The two-count charge of fraud contradicted Section 12(1) (a) and (b) of the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act, 2003. Mr. Keyamo stated this in the charge affidavit prepared on January 25 and stamped on February 2 at the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Conspiracy cannot be ruled out in this Code of Conduct Tribunal's intimidation of the CJN, knowing very well, what is in vogue in this country, Nigeria. It is an open secret that Danladi Umar doesn't want to do this hatchet job, but he was intimidated and blackmailed by the Executive arm of the Federal Government into doing it because of his bribery case with EFCC. If he declines this job, he will be convicted of the financial crime and thrown to jail.  They all lack integrity, and no one wants to stand by the truth as the case may be. Whether anything goes wrong, they don't care, but I only have one thing to say, and that is, they will be disappointed in all this kangaroo arrangement at its very best. It is so sad that the fools believe that, if you can't beat them, you corruptibly join them. Anyway, that is their ultimate choice.
It is Biafra or nothing.
