The IPOB Nekede Mechanic Village Unit had her family meeting on 7th Oct,
2018. The meeting which was moderated by the unit coordinator (Oliver Okoronkwo)
saw attendance of her members. The uniqueness of the unit is the composition of
its members who are majorly automobile mechanics and other automobile related
engineers. The coordinator while speaking to the members of the family unit,
warned Biafrans to be resolute and focus as “we are waiting for referendum
date”. He further admonished the members to stand up in making sure the
messages of Biafra restoration and referendum are spread down the nook and
crannies of the mechanic village.
