2ND NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF BIAFRA INDIGENOUS COUNCIL OF ELDERS (BICOE) HELD IN AKWA IBOM PROVINCE OF BIAFRA

As the quest for the restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra progresses, ideas on how to dismantle the contraption (Nigeria) is been unfolded. The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has been able to pull forth the elders of Biafra into taking the gospel of Biafra at every nooks and crannies of Biafra land.

However, as tradition demands that the Kola nut must be broken before any order activities must take place. The Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders (BICOE) are with a vision to gather all the entire elders in all the province that makes up the Biafra nation under the leadership of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Mazi Uchenna Okafor Mefor. Before I analyze their objectives and what took place at the event on the 27 June 2018 in Akwa Ibom region of Biafra, I would like to emphasize more on how the Kola nut (Sacred Fruit) was broken and shared among the regions that makes up the nation of Biafra.

The Chairmen or Representative from various regions such as Anambra, Imo, Abia, Enugu, Ebonyi, Delta, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Bayelsa, Igala Province (Kogi), Idoma Province (Benue) and a representative from Igede Province (Edo) each of them took one of the Kola Nut and blessed it with their various mother tongue (native language) as it been said that “Kola nut does not understand English language". After all, said and done, the blessed land of Akwa Ibom Province blessed the Kola nut since they were the chief host of the 2nd National Conference of the Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders.

The Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders (BICOE) from various regions of Biafra introduced themselves and I can vividly tell you that these elders are indeed formidable and resolute in pursuit of the Biafra cause. You need to see their zealousness and undefeatable spirit.

Nevertheless, the Biafra struggle has reached a height of no return. The momentum and zealousness in the pursuit of the sovereign state of Biafra is beyond the United Nation’s (UN) comprehension. The Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders (BICOE) was created to dismantle the Ohanaeze Ndigbo propaganda on restructuring and to inform the world that Biafra struggle is of paramount importance to the Indigenous people.

Your Royal Majesties here present,

Concern Citizens of our land,

Distinguished Lovers of Peace and Freedom,

Ladies and Gentle.

You are all heartily welcome to this part of our great nation Biafra to this epoch-making and first ever interactive session.

We are grateful to the Almighty God who has kept and preserved our lives to witness and be part of this momentous event.

For all intents and purpose, this interactive session is very timely as this will help and ginger us to turn a new page of history from the already failed ideology and fundamentally flawed of political strategy, thus making a pragmatic judgement to keep our beloved nation-Biafra safe for everybody. Beloved comrades, let us remind ourselves once again that the civil war has come and gone with lethal stories because much awareness was not created, and there was no weapon to stand the federal might. The much talk about outside nations were danced to the galley during Gowns administration because the oil from our vegetations were given in exchange of weapons of mass destruction.

Civil war has come and gone with the slogan, "no victor no vanquish". The eastern states are treated by this country as war victims since then are brothers and sisters corrupted into Nigerian government are conditioned through the process of satanic oath for total allegiance of their selfish policies. Security Council of the nation we are not included. We are not educationally advantaged. Our veterans are dying without any consideration. The immortalization of M.K. Abiola by the Nigerian Government is the epitome of our slavery.

Fellow Elders of Biafra lands, the elders of Akwa Ibom put these questions across to you. The Akwa Ibom is aware of all these perils meted to us by the Nigeria government. Elders of Akwa Ibom are curious to know how they shall be govern? Are we going to move from fly pan to fire? How shall we manage our asset? The answer to these questions shall give us a unify formation for easy actualization of our Nation.

Fellow elders, we are gathered here today to holistically look inwards so as to avoid or avert making the same mistakes like our predecessors who, for a pound of fresh, betrayed the cause of freedom during the past Nigeria/Biafra war of 30 May 1967- 12 January 1970.

We therefore urge everyone of us to stand up in defiance of our rights, speak up against all forms of wickedness, injustice and extrajudicial killings melted against Biafrans. Let us remember that posterity will never forgive us if we fail to stand up now and fight in defence of our heritage Biafra.

Once again, we say, welcome to Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Akwa Ibom and God bless. The Oduowo of Biafra land countered the stomach Infrastructural Contractor (Ohanaeze Ndigbo) President Nnia Nwodo with his propagandists Restructuring of One Nigeria garbage. He made it known that the Ohanaeze Social Apex groups are Abuja based elements of destruction (distractions) to the Ndigbo and Biafra at large. They don't have the interest of poor masses at heart. He also echoed that Nnia Nwodo has lost track on what Ohanaeze Ndigbo represent. Also, the Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders made it known to Rivers State Media that all they demand and stand unshakable is the Referendum exercise of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Biafra must come under our watch the elders echoes iseeeee (so shall it be).

The Chairman of Elders forum of (BICOE) congratulate the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) efforts in the pursuit of freedom of the oppressed nation. The Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders are still grieved about the whereabouts of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and urged the Federal government of Nigeria to provide their son or they ensure that Nigeria State does not experience absolute peace.

The elders highlighted how the concoction of British (Royal Niger Company) was fraudulently created by Frederick Lugard of Scotland and the error of 1914 Amalgamation. The elders unveiled how 12 inches pipe was buried under the Atlantic Ocean straight to the British evil empire reserve for decade still on operations without any interruptions.

The Biafra mineral resources known as Black Gold (Crude Oil) is been controlled and owned by foreigners who pollute our waters, the degradation and oil spillages in our farm land is nothing to write home about. Those individuals socking our mineral resources has no remorse to take care of the true owners of the resources. Instead they employ us to become their security for something that belongs to the Indigenous people very sad indeed.

The Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders (BICOE) made it known to Ohanaeze social group been managed by Nnia Nwodo that he will fail woefully in his evil intentions to subjugate the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). It is right time for Biafra to come, the Biafra elders spoke in loud voice. The Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders (BICOE) at their 2nd National Conference hosted in Akwa Ibom region of Biafra backs and gave their maximum support for the upcoming Biafra Referendum been propagated by IPOB. With one voice in unison, they warned the federal government of Nigeria to stop killing their youths. Enough is Enough. Nigeria must be resolved with immediate effect the elders vibrates.

Also, the paramount ruler of Akwa Ibom region complained bitterly how the federal government of Nigeria was killing the Biafran youths. The height of subjugation, mismanagement, killings, criminality, looting, injustices against the Biafra people must stop. The paramount ruler complained bitterly how our social amenities were nothing to write home about. He echoed that our only salvation lies in the restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra. Our graduates have been rendered useless because of lack of Industries that could have employed them into the workforce. Even those that has ideas to put up something for themselves no empowerment from the government. Many of them ends up as Okada Riders (Motor-Cyclists). He also urges the Akwa Ibom region to support the sovereign state of Biafra where lies our salvation. And lastly, he urged them to forget about the propaganda of "Divide and Rule) been propagated by Ibadan Expressway gutter journalists, that often they are miseducated about Biafra Nation. That Biafra nation is not just the Igbo's alone but the entire former eastern region of Nigeria. Biafra is our last hope; youths, elders let's put our heads together in making sure Biafra comes.

In summary, another shocking event that took place on the 27 June 2018; at the 2nd National Conference of Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders (BICOE) was the drama group unspeakable display from the students of the Federal Polytechnic of Akwa Ibom region. These youths changed the atmosphere of conference by urging the everyone to rise up for the blessed nation of Biafra, to get the full details on what transpired on the drama.
