The Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) led by Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the Director of Radio Biafra / Biafra TV and Deputized by Mazi Uchenna Okafor Mefor has woken up the sleeping lions and giants in us. We have the full potentials to restore the ancient kingdom of Biafra on the surface of the earth. The oppressors will never let us go peacefully to achieve our aims. They have vowed to die with us in the battle field but I think they wouldn't win this battle because is no longer a fight where the external force will continue to join hands with the northern forces.

However, every revolution is built solely on people's culture. The way the vultures have devoured our children leaves a question mark on the validity of our nonviolence struggle. I am aware that in any form of resistance, when the government is killing resisters (Biafrans), they are, as well forcing them to retaliate.

The questions that they have failed to answer since the resurrection of the Biafra struggle is, how did the first Biafra come into existence? What are the known approach to the struggle of the people of Eastern Nigeria? The first Biafra that produced heroes and heroines on our side was declared and defined. All known struggle of the Eastern people especially the Igbo were built on "Nzogbu Nzogbu Enyimba Enyi" that is our struggle has been like waking up sleeping lions and giants. “Onye metere nwagu di-na-ura, obilite kwa ya Agbara oso." Lion and Elephants are not known for feasts. They are known to be mean animals and they remain our symbols.

If we continue to pretend and preach nonviolence to an oppressive and tyrannical government like Nigeria, it is assumed that the Elephants and Lions in the land are still sleeping. But if the unjust policies of Nigeria have woken the sleeping giants, let the jungle have no rest until their spirits are appeased.

On The Struggle
Trouble faced bravely can bring out the finest quality in people but most of us do not like troubles. We forget that kite rises against the wind not with wind. We must note that failures are the pillars of success.

The 15th January date, which the Eastern Peoples Congress (EPC) chose to mark the Freedom Day celebration while the on 30th May the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) led by Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu chooses that day to honour her heroes and heroines.

There is no better date to lift up the veil of shame, which a region has been covered with. The choice of 12th - 15th January by Nigeria Armed Forces Remembrance Day for their fallen heroes is an indirect celebration of surrender, and our surrender paved way for the eventual domination of the polity by the Hausa/Fulani Oligarchy.

We must have a reflection of our pasts to know whom we are, where we are coming from and where we are heading. Our struggle came out of our yesterday pains of losing our people through organized genocide and unwarranted killings. The history of our existence and our quest for survival is written in blood and its genocidal nature haunts us. Our dead martyrs refused to rest because the cause they died for lied fallow.

And having lost out in the clamour for political solution in the present context. The restructuring crusadals (Ohanaeze) stomach infrastructural contractors. The Tripod legs under which Nigeria stands have shifted to bi-polar and it is gradually descending to monopoly. The enemy had done the entire state creation and political arrangements, and such was done to suit his purpose.

Now Biafra Referendum and mandate to achieving our divine quest is around the corner. Without misusing words, how ready are we? Are we militarily equipped? What are the logistics in achieving this divine quest to freedom? The restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra is in months to come. The Nigeria government wouldn't fold their arms and watch the Biafran populace go peacefully.

In summary, those that need peace should prepare for war while those who need war should get ready for absolute peace. Biafra must come but we must be spiritually and physically ready to combat the evil forces of the contraption (Nigeria) and bring her to her knees. All Hail Biafra.
