An old Igbo adage says, that it is only “the little bird Nza who so far forgot himself after a heavy meal that he challenged his chi (personal god) on a wrestling match” Such is the case of one Chief Ifeanyi Onyesoh, who claims to be the Personal Assistant to Eze Obidiegwu Onyesoh, the traditional ruler of Nri community. And the question is, what has gotten into him? Has he, just like the other “EFULUEFUS” (Worthless sons of the land) allowed himself to be used by the Boko Haram Zoo DSS that he has chosen to speak ill of the “prophet of Chi Ukwu Abiama,” Mazi Nnamdi Kanu? If indeed he has, we, The Indigenous People of Biafra fully welcome it. But let him understand that the path he has chosen to tread on only leads to his destruction. Recall that in recent time, the supreme leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra, Prophet Nnamdi Kanu, the Ohamadike one of Biafra land paid a visit to the aforementioned community. The fearless and ebullient leader has been going about reaching out to his people to preach to them concerning the restoration of this God’s kingdom on this very earth, a task that was assigned to him by Chiukwu Abiama, the true living God the Biafran people worship and the same God the Israelites from where the Biafran race originated pray to. Another purpose of the Ohamadike’s visit to this ancient locality which happens to be the head was to pay his due respect to the blessed land and also to confer with the locals the message of the election boycott in Anambra State which comes up on 18th of November 2017. The people, on the other hand, had welcomed him with open arms and even indicated their support towards the struggle for the restoration of Biafra. Surprisingly, some unscrupulous elements have been going about struggling to mar the progress of this message brought to us from Chiukwu Abiama through his son Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. One of such individuals is Chief Ifeanyi Onyesoh. When Chief Ifeanyi Onyesoh irrationally uttered the statement that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu didn’t go through the proper channel before he visited the community, it actually indicates that he (Onyesoh)has by his own hands placed himself in the position of a stupid fellow who did not know when breadfruit firewood (Nku Ukwa) was shared among his people in the village square. Where was Chief Ifeanyi Onyesoh when Mazi Nnamdi Kanu made this holy visit to the land of Nri? Why did he not arrange with his boys or rather his paymasters to stop Kanu from entering the town? Why did he fail to chase him out disgracefully while he was still there? Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the big masquerade has left the center stage and the little masquerades are now raising dust. Real men believe in action while weak ones only gossip. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the game changer. Our enemies are now in turmoil! When the Umuchiukwu Writers came across the ugly and fake report by this Zoo DSS agent, called Chief Onyesoh, we had found it incumbent on us to see that this issue is properly dealt with. This daft man called Ifeanyi Onyesoh or whatever he calls himself wants to sue our Director, and as a media body we need to encounter his allegation against our leader with facts and figures. Read his statement below Chief Ifeanyi Onyesoh, the Personal Assistant to Eze Obidiegwu Onyesoh, the traditional ruler of Nri community, announced the plan to journalists in Awka on Thursday. He said the people were angry over Kanu’s alleged misconduct. Onyesoh said Kanu with his wife, Uchechi, and supporters visited the palace of Eze Nri on July 19 and a shrine against the tradition of the people. He noted Nri ancient Kingdom is the cradle of Igbo civilization, whose culture is revered in the five southeast states of Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, Anambra as well as Igbo communities in Delta and Rivers. Onyesoh said on July 18, a day before Kanu’s visit, 12 young people came to the palace of Eze Nri requesting for an appointment with the traditional ruler for Kanu. "I was the person that received them and so I told them to go and come back with a written letter so that they will get an official reply from the palace since the delegation looked unusual, in that there was no titled person among them.” "At this point, they all left and what we saw the next day was Kanu visiting Nri community with a huge crowd of his supporters. He (Kanu) went straight to the house of one Chief Shadrack Mbanefo, a subject to the traditional ruler of Nri. “The feelers we later got, was that the said Mbanefo claimed he handed over the `Offo Nri ’, (symbol of royalty) to Kanu, and even allowed Kanu to visit the historic “Ohianwehi forest” revered as “forest of life” by Igbo tradition. “This forest is believed to be the place the first burnt offering was offered by the Jewish Igbo ancestors when they migrated from Israel more than 2,000 years ago,’’ he said. Onyesoh said Nri people considered Kanu’s conduct as a taboo because no high profile visitor entered the community without first visiting the traditional ruler let alone a sacred place without the knowledge of the ruler. He expressed regret that Kanu and his supporters after visiting Mbanefo returned to the entrance gate of the palace and tried to force it open. “It was this unruly conduct that made the traditional ruler to telephone the security agents who responded promptly and dispersed Kanu and his supporters.’’ Onyesoh said the people regarded Kanu’s action as an affront to their values and so resolved not to sweep the matter under the carpet. “It is a taboo in Nri and equally against the Anambra State Traditional Rulers’ Council Law for a high profile visitor to visit a community without first paying homage to the traditional ruler. “The people of Nri and her traditional ruler are not against Nnamdi Kanu and his agitation/aspiration but what we cannot take is for Kanu to come and mess up the Nri culture and tradition under whatever motive. “The community will drag him to customary court to ensure that nobody else gives such insult to the community and its heritage,’’ he said. Reminded that Kanu visited Nri to receive `Offo Nri title’ like the late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu and MASSOB leader Chief Ralph Uwazuruike both Biafra agitators, Onyesoh said “if Kanu wants a title, Eze Nri is not aware of such aspiration. “If Kanu indeed met with anybody and claimed he was given `Offo Nri’, it means he is seeking the title through the back door and for the title he claimed was given to him by `Adama’ (Mbanefo ), a servant to Eze Nri, is a nullity. “My advice to Kanu is for him to first step up actions to amend his ways to synchronize with the values and culture of Igbo people which he is stampeding in the name of agitation. “Nri is the ancestral home of all Igbo people and for him to visit Nri in the manner he did means he has no knowledge of Igbo tradition and culture. “So, he must first study Igbo tradition and culture and properly be advised before he misleads himself.’’ Below is the Umuchiukwu Writers Individual response to Chief Onyesoh’s statement above
To air her own view on the mad antics being displayed by Chief Onyesoh towards the IPOB Supreme Leader, Nwada Onyechere Ugochinyere, a fearless revolutionary writer with the Umuchiukwu Writers wrote: “Now that the Biafra agitation, led by the IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is gaining a momentum, many people or should I say clowns like Chief Ifeanyi Onyesoh now see it as an avenue to gain popularity. Those are the political jobbers from the Igbo extraction who are looking for contracts from the Hausa/Fulani northern cabals who occupy the positions of power in the contraption called Nigeria. To them, kicking against the struggle will help to earn them the popularity they are seeking for and as well draw the attention of their dream godfathers. They are merely seeking for political positions and contracts. Mind you that those Hausa/Fulani northern cabals whose attention those political jobbers from the Igbo extraction are seeking are the core enemies of the Biafran people who are strongly against the struggle for the restoration of Biafra. So let it not be a surprise to us that they are always out there seeking for a Trojan horse. An inside man who will help them to achieve their objective.” They are simply using the tool of “Divide and Rule” to control our people.” In the same vein, Mazi Ikenna Ozulumba Mbaegbu, one of the eagle eye journalists with the Umuchiukwu writers also wrote: “Speaking of the Trojan horse as Nwada Onyechere has just pointed out above, after reading that piece from Chief Ifeanyi Onyesoh, I have now come to the conclusion that he is one hell of a Trojan horse. If not why would he stand his ground to speak against something that would liberate him and his future generation from slavery and untold Hardship? It is indeed a disaster for a titled chief like Onyesoh to indulge in such nefarious activities just because he is looking for a peanut. What is really wrong with this generation? Even our titled men who are supposed to be the custodian of the land are now misbehaving because of material things. What then do you expect from the ordinary people? It will then be an open season for bribery and corruption in our society. Things have fallen apart! Tufiakwa! Things have gone so bad that one hardly sees and elder in our society today who speaks the truth. Even those who call themselves the OHA NA EZE NDI IGBO, their own treachery, lies, and deceit is the worst of it! Things have indeed greatly fallen apart! How in the world did we get here? Only Chiukwu Okike Abiama through Biafra will restore back what we have lost for ages since that British white Devil, called Fredrick Lugard came to our land and amalgamated us with the Hausa/Fulani People and the Yorubas and named all of us one Nigeria.

That is when this rain of suffering and perpetual slavery started beating us. That is exactly when things began to fall apart in our lives. A doomed society is a type that its titled men fear to speak the truth. Our so called elders are now so interested in acquiring wealth that they can even sell their conscience just to acquire it. Chief Onyesoh is one of such titled men in our land who would sell not only his conscience but his family members just to make money. Why did I say so? Because he is trying to stop what will benefit him and his future generation just because he is so interested in enjoying himself today and not concerned with his future. If I should put it simply, selfish interest! Tufiakwa! May Chukwu Abiama eradicate such evil people from our land!” Speaking further on this, Nwada Chimena Mary wrote also: “Should I blame this on the fact that the Igbos are naturally endowed in terms of merchandise? No wonder they thrive greatly in commerce. In all the regions in the contraption called Nigeria, the Igbos are the leading champions in business, craftsmanship, just name it. Critically Looking at Chief Onyesoh’s recent action to hinder the progress of the Biafra restoration, I now see many truths in the words of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu during one of his live broadcasts some years back. According to the Ohamadike, he said and I quote: “the Igbo people are so involved in buying and selling that when they had nothing else to sell, they would sell their conscience.” This now brings me to the question as regards to Chief Onyesoh’s erroneous statement against the Supreme leader of IPOB. Has he sold his conscience to the devil (The Hausa/Fulani Boko Haram Terrorists and the Yorubas) because of contracts and business opportunities? Does Chief Onyesoh not realize that “A good name is better than great riches?” Perhaps he is yet to understand that “Vanity upon vanity all is vanity.” To nail it on the head, another great writer with the Umuchiukwu Writers, Mazi Onwe Emmanuel also wrote: CHIEF ONYESOH, WHY NOT DO A FICTION? I read with the kind of interest I used to have as a child when watching Nigerian home videos, the statement credited to one chief Ifeanyi Onyesoh the Personal Assistant to Eze Obidiegwu Onyesoh, the traditional ruler of Nri community. As I read, I felt he would make a good story teller. Perhaps, he was testing his ability. It was not surprising that he chose the most trending person and group as his chief character(s). The feat so far achieved by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB have paved the way for almost anyone who wants the beam from the media. The simple thing to do is to mention and present Kanu in a bad light and the Nigerian media will have your name and face brandished everywhere. As a result, people who want to gain cheap popularity, which I fear chief onyesoh is one of are really making good use of the opportunity. Ordinarily, the best thing would be to ignore such people, however, because some minds are gullible, coupled with the fact that it is our responsibility to defend the truth at all times, there is always a need to establish and re-establish the truth. So anybody who has chosen to spread the untrue should be aware that there are also persons who know that truth is life (ezi okwu bu ndu), and are ever ready to defend it. Chief Onyeasoh had in his narrative alleged that Mazi Kanu and supporters had misconducted themselves at Nri, during a visit to the town on the 19th of July. Thereby incurring the anger of the people. He had alleged that Kanu had not written an application letter to be allowed to visit the monarch. Then one would ask, is that the first monarch he has visited? How come he suddenly does not know what to do in this case even after being advised to write as Onyesoh claimed, or is there no one in IPOB that can write a letter? He further said that the IPOB leader visited the “Ohianwehi forest” revered as “forest of life”. This is a forest that would not admit any evil person or an offender of the tradition, so if Mazi Kanu had gone there and came out unhurt, it then means that the gods must be pleased with him. Meaning that the amateur story teller could be drunk on jealousy. Furthermore, saying that the IPOB leader had attempted to break into the palace is so unfounded. What else would he be looking for at the palace that would prompt such actions, having visited the holy site? Is it thinkable that a civilized man like Kanu would attempt breaking into a house where he is not welcomed? Does he look like a homeless person? He even went further to accuse Mazi Kanu of coming for the `Offo Nri title’, this is very laughable. No committed freedom fighter like Kanu would be going about looking for and taking traditional titles when he knows his goals. Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, did not take the title while on the war front. Mazi Kanu is too focused on his goal which is the total restoration of Biafra to seek traditional titles. Our leader has visited many places and received the blessings of both the people and their traditional leaders including Nri. So whatever story anyone is cooking up is nothing but an attempt to paint IPOB and Mazi Kanu black. Perhaps these daft individuals have refused to realize that Biafrans have grown above rumors. It would be more honorable for the likes of chief Onyesoh and co. to take to writing short stories and plays. At least, children can pass time with it. Biafrans and all freedom lovers should always throw the garbage these enemies of the people constantly spew to the trash can. Be rest assured that Mazi Kanu is a true son of the soil and knows the traditions of the land. In fact, the preservation of these traditions is part of why he is in the struggle. We must not let these attention seekers distract us. BIAFRA MUST BE RESTORED.” To conclude this, we, the Indigenous people of Biafra are hereby warning Chief Onyesoh to be careful on the path he has chosen to tread on for it is a high way to hell. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not alone in this divine project. What is behind him is far too great. It is something out of this world and not something anybody who comes across it can easily comprehend unless you are in the spirit. Chi Ukwu Okike Abiama has sent him on this task to restore Biafra and nothing can ever stop the emergence of this God’s kingdom from being restored on this very earth. They say, “The fly that had no one to advise him, follows a corpse to the grave.” Biafra is a spirit, anybody who opposes it gets crushed in the end! Beware Chief Ifeanyi Onyesoh and co!
