On the 25th of April 2017, an Abuja Federal high Court of Justice presided over by Justice Murtala Nyako, finally granted bail to the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Citing the health of Mazi Kanu as her reason for shifting grounds on her former position as she had in the past rejected the bail application tabled before her by the defense counsel.
But what is kinda a cuckoo in the nest for we Biafrans, is the conditions attached to the bail. Conditions which many people have rightly ascribed so many negative adjectives too. Another high point of that day was the rejecting of the bail by our leader, though not by the condition based on the fact that his codefendants were once again denied bail. But to proof once again that he is a man that believes in reason and is always ready to yield to the superior rationale, after seeking counsel from his legal team decided to relax on his first decision not to accept the bail, a decision I personally think he took on the spur of the moment.
It is true that on a good day, our leader should have been released unconditionally especially as he had been cleared of any wrongdoing by other judges that have previously handled the case. But we know that there has never been a good day in Nigeria, and there will never be.Thus our focus should not be on the conditions of the bail, but on how much it will grease the wheels of our freedom train.
We should know that whenever the one and only supreme creator is in favor of any man, even the stumbling blocks his enemies set before him turn to stepping stones. When Buhari kidnapped our leader, many thought that the struggle had come to its dead end but little did they know that it was one of the best things that would ever happen in the struggle. Currently, some people are of the view that the bail is a move to cage our director, and further delay our freedom. But they forget that no one can cage the lion of the tribe of Gad, just like no one was able or would ever be able to cage the lion of the tribe of Judah.
Therefore, I urge all true Biafrans to relax and expect the good things that are sure to follow this bail. Ignore all our internal enemies. They can keep yammering on for ages, after all, what can a sow do but brunt. One thing I would like every Biafran to always have in mind is the words of our great leader, he would always say, and I quote 'in the end, we will win.'Fear Not my fellow Biafrsns, for Chukwu Okike Ahbiama, is solid with us, He has confounded our foes. They can only guess at the moment, but all to our favor
Keep calm, support Biafra.Let us all fall four square behind the one our Creator has ordained to captain our freedom ship. He has been given all is needed to take us to the promise land. All we need to do is to emulate the Israelites, when they left Egypt for Cannan, as Moses, and later Joshua directed, they followed. Nnamdi KANU is our Joshua, follow him.
God bless BIAFRA.
