THE rights to freedom of expression, freedom of association, freedom of movement ,freedom to free living etcetera, are the sugar that sweetens this life full of pains, sorrows, sufferings and persecution. These rights are what the prisoners and slaves endure from their persecutors and masters. These rights are what Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and other Biafrans have suffered in detention and by extension in their presumed free environment, the land of Biafra. This breach to right of freedom has practically been demonstrated through the IRON conditions attached to bail granted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by Justice Binta Nyako of the federal high court sitting in Abuja on the 25th of April, 2017.
To have called it IRON conditions is to be lenient with words otherwise, those bail conditions are analogous to putting him back to a place worst than the Kuje prison from where she ominously intend to free him. Binta Nyako should have ordered the federal government of Nigeria to construct another separate confinement for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu than put out those shameful conditions to tell the world that she doesn't want him ever to be free, because as far as the situation is concerned, Mazi, Nnamdi Kanu is never free with such conditions even when the bail bonds are met.
To most people, Nigeria is a 'great' country, the 'giant' of Africa, but it can now be well understood why the leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in his several broadcasts on Radio Biafra preferred to refer Nigeria as a zoo. Because it is such animal kingdom that reasoning can not be found, and decision making for proper solution to a critical situation is nothing but a charade. And whereas it is such enclave for unreasonable animals, who dine in their idiocy, hopeless humour and spontaneous foolishness with reckless abandon, the best nomenclatures for the kinds of animals found therein are baboons and monkeys.
For the records, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu had in one occasion been released on bail and in the other, unconditionally, but those releases were refused implementation by the federal government of Nigeria led by Mohammadu Buhari of which many well meaning people have condemned and also called on Buhari to allow justice to prevail, but he has kept adamant. Now, that it may not be seen as though he(Buhari) has continued to urinate on the face of justice,he decided to marshal out such ungodly conditions, which of course the world knows that our leader can never keep. For crying out loud, those conditions are nothing short of what someone on house arrest is subjected to. Is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu a dangerous animal or criminal that he will be subjected to such situations? Of course, the answer is a capital NO. The only objective idea behind giving him a bail with such conditions is such that if he refuses, Buhari and his sister, who is better addressed as 'Injustice' Binta Nyako will claim that they have granted the people's request but had been refuted by the one it was meant.
Binta Nyako had earlier pronounced IPOB as a 'Lawful Society' yet, nothing in her actions has justified that fact. Saying that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu must not be found in a rally is clearly a missed punch, because as a leader of a lawful people, you can not expect him to sit in the confinement you designed for him when he should be at a rally to address his people. Any rally conducted by the Indigenous People of Biafra is to be seen as Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's 'world' of his people. So, that condition is a pure charade, and there is no common sense in its entirety.
Concluding, since Binta Nyako took over the seat of judgement on this case, I have always opined that Mohammadu Buhari has finally succeeded in finding someone that will nail the coffin of this British concocted contraption called Nigeria, and she has taken a vantage position to begin the implementation until Nigeria is completely destroyed. But come rain, come shine, the people of Biafra shall never allow their own to be tried secretly through Sharia law, and will continue to stand solidly behind Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unti Biafra is restored period!
