The IPOB Head of Directorates has called on the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), friends of Biafra and lovers of freedom across the entire globe to peacefully observe 30th May in remembrance of our fallen heroes and heroines who died during the Biafra/ Nigeria civil war in 1967 to 1970 and also those who died during our peaceful protest and evangelism (which took place in Biafra land: Anambra, Aba Abia, Rivers and Delta state) , and even those killed by Buhari’s Fulani herdsman with the aim to Islamize Biafra Land. This event as earlier mentioned is scheduled to take place on 30th of May, 2017 and will be a sit at home affair as directed by IPOB authority.
Moreover, that day will equally be used to honor, remind and reassure our great leader and Director of Radio Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who is currently and unlawfully held in the zoo (Nigeria) prison, by the Federal Government of Nigeria, that we Biafrans are strongly behind him.
