■ March 10, 2017About (4) four court sittings in the ECOWAS court, there we sought for justice; never were we told the court that they don't have enough reason why the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) should remain in the Nigerian prison. Never would they say that they have not heard the rulings made by two different judges of different court jurisdiction in Nigeria granting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditional release. Yet the Nigerian government led by President Muhammadu Buhari violated the court orders by refusing to release Nnamdi Kanu from the detention.
Upon these sentimental moves by the Nigerian government, the Economic Court declined to see enough evidence stating that the Nigerian government is human right violators; they don't value human right and human life. The economic court has remained blind not to see that the Nigerian government doesn’t have reasons for detaining a freedom fighter Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; one fighting determination which is lawfully imbibed into the universal human right chartered law. Despite the killings of innocent peaceful Protestants by the Nigerian government, they are yet to see reasons against granting Nnamdi Kanu unconditional release. Maybe because the Nigerian government is contributing highest revenues to the community; they have automatically become their mentor; however, the Nigerian government is now their remote control. If this has been the case, they should, as a matter of fact, put the world on notice. Since the Nigerian government has to order the Economic court before they act; meaning that Africa at large is at the brink of destruction.
It has been confirmed already that the Nigerian government inevitably collapsing already. It seems they are waiting for justice to prevail in the Nigerian court before they take act; this means they don’t know what they stand for in Africa. In my humble advice, I will maintain that the ECOWAS court shouldn’t prevaricate issues, lets their image be tarnished because of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. For what I see, after the case of this young man, the integrity of ECOWAS will not be valued in the African continent and the world as a whole. The leader of IPOB presumed justice in the ECOWAS court; that’s why he legally presented his case before the court for justice to prevail.
The ECOWAS has orchestrated his dream, by shielding the Nigerian injustice against him. Don't be a violator like the Nigerian government because he believes that the ECOWAS has what it takes to end the injustice perverted against citizen him, Nnamdi Kanu.
Worst among them is unnecessary court adjournment which has been the norm from the commencement of this case till date; never take us for granted because the entire world is watching; justice must be restored in Africa.
