Today being the 8th day of March 2017, defendant Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu, and David Nwawuisi were said to appear before the Federal High Court Abuja, for their bail ruling applied earlier, as stated by the defense leading counsel, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor. As usual, Biafrans from different parts of Biafra Land arrived the court premises as early as never imagined.
Biafra Journalists have mounted all nooks and crannies of the court premises. Our lawyers arrived the court, commencement awaiting the proceeding which was scheduled 9:00 am. It is now obvious that the Nigerian government has obtained another bad record proving that indeed they have no case against the Biafran heroes since the presiding Judge has refused to appear in order to commence the proceedings.
Biafrans on the ground are being humiliated by the unacceptable disappearance of the Judge; the Judge alleged that he went for the visa interview. Even though he know quite alright that he has a scheduled court case. The time to commence the hearing was afterward shifted to 2:00 pm.
No cause for alarm, we are waiting for the next excuse, which might be so wiry. Nigeria is becoming much deteriorating, with all assumption of going down in all beats. The game suddenly has changed, and everyone seems to be on the run. Without fear, we remain resolute waiting for the missing judge to appear.
