It's not fewer than 365days into Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's kidnap and illegal detention today. It was exactly on the 14th of October 2015 that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was tracked and kidnapped by the Nigeria's DSS (Buhari's weapon of vendetta).

Nnamdi Kanu is a Biafra and British citizen, he is the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, director of Radio Biafra, a Biafra activist, a prisoner of conscience and a preacher, who goes about preaching the gospel of the restoration of the sovereign nation Biafra in accordance with the UN (2007) charter on indigenous people for self-determination.

This all -important UN charter was adopted by AU, and further domesticated by African nations, in other words, Nigeria is a signatory to that charter.

Preacher Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped by DSS (Buhari's army of conquest), in his hotel room in Lagos, when he came to see his near-delivery pregnant wife and his ageing parents in Biafra land, on the order of Mr President.

Three days into his kidnap, the young preacher was nowhere to be found. What happened in those three days, only heaven can tell, as those three days were three days of torture, molestation, dehumanization, brutality and assault against the young preacher, Mazi kanu.

On the 17th of October 2015, the DSS reluctantly dragged him to the magistrate court sitting in Abuja, after the news of Mazi Kanu's arrest broke the air, thereby thwarting their initial plan to maim and bury him in a shallow grave secretly.

Of course the court of competent jurisdiction discharged, acquitted and ordered the immediate release of the young preacher after examining the baseless charges leveled against him by DSS, stressing that the charges were baseless and therefore lacks merit before the law.

However, was Mr Kanu then released?, the answer is blatant no!, rather on the contrary, on his utmost display of arrogance of power, the president of Nigeria (Mr Buhari) on the 31th of December 2015, told his international and local audience in a presidential media chat, that Mr Kanu can never be released owing to his frivolous claims that Mr Kanu came into the country as a dual citizen without any passport, thereby committing perjury, because he lied under oath.

THE IMPLICATIONS OF THAT PRESIDENTIAL RASCALITY.
1. The case of Nnamdi Kanu has been hijacked by the presidency of Nigeria.
2. The judicial arm of government in Nigeria has lost its independence.
3. Most judges now, are at Buhari's beck and call.
4. Kangaroo and endless court sessions.
5. Above all, most judges are shying away from justice, because of presidential threats.

WHERE IS JUSTICE IN NIGERIA???

Where are the men and women of good conscience?, where are the legal luminaries, human rights organizations, members of NBA, and members of the BENCH in Nigeria's judicial system, where are the legislatures who made these laws that are being ridiculed by this dullard of daura?, when will the sanctity of democracy be respected in Nigeria, when will the principles of separation of powers and rule of law be hallowed in Nigeria, when will judges in Nigeria courts stop being biased and uphold the law of the land, even if it means loosing their lives?, will Nigeria ever recover from this mess they are into?, I doubt!

This is, therefore, a clarion call to all men and women of good conscience world over, UN, EU, AU, NBA, U.S Congress, British parliament, human rights organizations, freedom fighters and international media organizations, to stand up and be counted, it's time to defend the principles of democracy, it's time to hush this illiterate, clueless dullard of Daura (Mohammed Buhari), who has a history of dictatorship, draconian rule, pedophilia and nepotism.

Buhari and his army of conquest and weapon of vendetta (DSS) must be forced to release Mazi Nnamdi kanu unconditionally, as justice in Nigeria courts of law has been Hijacked by the presidency, and plunged into the dustbin of compromise.

It's either now or never, we all must rise up and call for justice in Mazi Kanu's trial.

Also, this is a clarion call to biafrians world over, we must fasten our seat belts as our individual and collective freedom as a people is just around the corner. This is the final stage of our struggle, though it's becoming tougher by the day, but we must keep moving relentlessly to our promise land.

Our leader Mazi Kanu has not failed Us, we must strive and stand in solidarity with him, no going back, either Biafra or death.
